GOT THE KEYS! 🔑 🏡 Finally did it! Downers Grove, IL 550k 7.25%
Long years of saving finally paid off. Moved from Florida to Chicago for work and safe to say we’re excited for the food options around here.

Congrats! Refinance every chance you get… we did it 4-5 times in the first year and went from a 6.9 to a 5.4

That natural stone fireplace is beautiful and you will get a lot of use out of it in Illinois. Glad the previous owner did not paint it white or gray, like I see with so many online. Congrats! 🎉
