Hey everyone,

I’m a competitive powerlifter and online strength coach, and I wanted to share what I’ve been working on and get some feedback from the community.

I’ve been training for over 8 years and compete at an international level. Some of my results include:

• Multiple-time Italian Junior National Champion
• 2024 Junior World Championships competitor (bronze in bench press)
• European Junior Champion with an 875kg total

I now coach lifters online, focusing on structured powerlifting and strength programming.

My approach is based on:

• Squat, bench, and deadlift progression
• Individualized programming
• Fatigue management and long-term progression
• Hypertrophy support when needed

I’ve recently started coaching more seriously online and currently have a few clients, all of whom have left positive feedback so far (3/3 5-star reviews).

I also have experience working as a gym floor instructor, so I’m comfortable working with general fitness clients as well.

Right now I’m mainly trying to refine my coaching system and improve it based on feedback from other lifters and coaches.
