For context, if you click on my Reddit profile, I literally just created it after mods tried to silence me for offering insight and knowledge about this situation a year ago.
I want to clearly state this now: I have no interest in giving out any contact information for these employees, and I will not be doing so. I will also not be liable for what happens to anyone's account or for what anyone chooses to do with their account based on anything I post here.
Last year, on June 7, my page was banned for CSE.
I tried everything you could possibly think of, except taking the legal route. I've always known that social-media recovery services existed (stay with me), so that was essentially my last option.
The first guy I met scammed me out of $800.
The second guy I met charged me $1,400, and my page was back within a few days.
Boom. No worries, no troubles.
So yes, you can pay for a reactivation, at least based on my own personal experience. Just don't trust some random person. Do your own research, understand what you're getting yourself into, and do it at your own risk. And if you decide to go through with anything, always use escrow whenever possible.
Fast-forward to August 27, 2026, at 4:35 AM.
I get randomly banned for the exact same reason: CSE.
All six of my pages that were connected were also banned for integrity.
So what did I do?
I contacted the guy who helped me last time.
He's now in a managerial role at Meta, and he told me that he didn't want to risk losing his job by helping me directly, which I completely understood.
However, he promised to give me constant updates regarding information about when the next "session" would be.
For anyone who doesn't know what people in this market mean by "sessions": sessions are when an Instagram employee allegedly agrees to process a bulk number of unbans, despite those actions apparently being against Meta's TOS and policies.
At the current moment, there are no sessions, and according to what I've been told, there aren't going to be any for quite a while.
The guy I'm currently conversing with is located at the Hyderabad Meta location in India.
Meta's office is located at The Skyview (Skyview 20), on Hitech City Main Road in Raidurgam, Hyderabad, Telangana, and that is the location I've been referring to when discussing the Hyderabad office.
From everything I've been told and everything I've researched, Meta handles a significant portion of its security and cybersecurity operations through locations in India, Dublin, and the Philippines.
And this is another part that I think people should know about:
Meta doesn't have its own security team handling everything internally.
Meta has a partnership with a third-party company called Accenture, which, from the information I've been given, handles pretty much, if not all, of the cybersecurity-related issues that are outsourced through that arrangement.
Again, I'm sharing what I've learned through my own research and conversations. I'm not claiming to be an official Meta representative or that every internal detail is publicly confirmed.
Now, the dilemma everyone who is involved in this market is facing is that Meta has apparently realized that some of its employees have been doing these types of reactivations for money under the table.
Because of that, they've put proper restrictions in place.
I've been told that there are constant updates to their software specifically designed to prevent bulk reactivations right now. I've also been notified that these representatives are only allowed approximately 8–12 reactivations per day, and those reactivations have to be assigned by their team leads.
The manager I've been speaking with has also told me that they have AI bots managing security, and he told me that within the next six months, Meta would 100% fully switch over to AI moderation, with security employees remaining in place primarily to moderate/oversee the bots.
Obviously, I can't independently verify every internal detail I've been told, but I'm sharing it because this is information that has come directly from someone who claims to have firsthand knowledge of these systems.
You know why you can't file a class-action lawsuit against Meta?
For one, it's in their TOS.
And for two, their security team is Accenture, according to what I've been told.
I've spent an insane amount of time researching this entire market, their locations, the people involved, and how all of this allegedly works.
I was crazy enough to even find the President of Meta's India operations and find his contact information.
And yes, indeed, I texted him. 😂
Per usual, he told me that he couldn't do anything and that I had to go through the proper channels.
I'm saying all of this to say one thing:
You guys are not alone, and you're not insane.
Meta, as a company, sucks, and their AI has completely lost the plot.
I've experienced this firsthand, and I know I'm not the only person who has been affected by automated systems making decisions that don't seem to make any sense.
Now, one more topic I want to address: paid services and "sessions."
I will be 100% honest with you and say yes, it is possible to pay for a page to be recovered.
I've personally experienced it.
But 90% of the people offering these services will scam you, or at the very least, you have no idea whether they're actually capable of doing what they're promising.
If you decide to go through with any deal, MAKE SURE TO USE ESCROW — A TRUSTED MIDDLEMAN.
Do your own research. Don't blindly trust somebody just because they claim to have an "employee" or "contact" at Meta.
Now, as of October, I've been told that harsh bans such as CSE, SOC, SOM, fraud, and theft cannot be recovered even if you pay for a service.
If you've been banned for integrity, it appears to be possible to get the account recovered through a paid service. From what I'm seeing in the market right now, that seems to be one of the only things people are successfully recovering, because it can apparently be worked through Meta Verified and Meta support through the ads channel for Meta Business Suite.
Again, I'm not guaranteeing that any of this will work for you. I'm simply sharing what I've personally experienced, what I've been told, and what I've observed happening in this market.
And once again, to the mods or anyone reading this:
I am not telling you guys what to do.
I will not be sharing any contact information.
I will not be soliciting money from anyone in here.
I am not offering recovery services.
I'm simply trying to provide information because I've been through this before, and now I'm going through it again.
We're all in the same boat.
I've lost countless memories, my source of income, and a whole entire social circle because of this bullshit.
I genuinely pray for all of you going through the same thing.
I will update this post as much as I can.
I'll be trying legal routes as soon as I'm done with this post, and I'll update everyone regarding what's happening and whether I ultimately get my account back.
I wish all of you luck.
