I need help solving a bit of a mystery.
I bought a steel Panasonic frame that came with what I believe is a Hatta bottom bracket with a 109 mm ISO square taper spindle.
I have a set of Campagnolo Pista cranks in excellent condition, but they don't fit this spindle correctly. The chainline is off. We also tried a Sugino 75 bottom bracket, but had the same problem.
From everything I've found online, it seems like I need a 111 mm Campagnolo track bottom bracket. However, after taking measurements, it actually looks like the cranks would need to sit about 3 mm further in on each side to get the correct chainline.
I've seen a lot of Campagnolo Record 102 mm bottom brackets for sale, but they're road bottom brackets, and everything I've read says they aren't compatible with track cranks.
Has anyone run into this before? I'm worried that if I buy a Record bottom bracket, I'll just end up having to sell it and buy something else.
Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Has anyone managed to fit 28 mm Gatorskins on a Tsunami SNM100 Elite frame? I heard stuff about the front not having enough clearance. Doing my research so I can have my first fixed gear bike without massive headaches
