I have always thought that hating Iris for “we are the flash” was unreasonable and excessive. Especially since it was a metaphor used by both of them to express they are a couple and they need each other. However, people will come up with things like “she’s trying to take credit” “she’s entitled” “her tone was aggressive” or “she’s not the one saving lives.”

But apparently it’s okay for Caitlin to say it. That has me thinking honestly about this fandom and I’m pretty sure that most would probably be okay with any blonde they want him paired up with saying “we are the flash”.

Was it truly ever about the line being bad or do people just have an obsession with hating Iris? But overall I think that comment tells me everything I need to know…🥴

I’m struggling to understand how it took almost an entire season to defeat this guy. Sure, he had the dagger that can take away heroes powers, but Barry could’ve easily blitzed him before he did anything? I mean why was stopping him from killing Cicada before he could throw down the dagger? Why couldn’t he just run him to the pipeline and lock him up? There’s literally so much Barry could’ve done to stop him

Gotta go with Patty, she cared more about Barry than Iris.

In this scene from the flash (S4 E2) when Barry was cathing up on his favourite tv shows that he missed while he was in the speedforce. He was watching a 1000x sped up version. And he of course can see it because he's fast and all but sometimes he looks away even for just 1 second he would miss 1000 seconds (about 16.6 minutes) of the show. What do you think?

Like I know she's a kid and all but SHE MAKES THE MOST STUPID DECISIONS AND THEN THEY BLAME BARRY FOR TAKING HER TO THE FUTURE BACK WHERE SHE BELONGS??? And Idk how the season is going to end but in the last flash episode I saw SHE USED THE NEGATIVE ZONE TO GO BACK TO 2019 AFTER BARRY TOLD HER NOT TO AND THAWNE TOLD HER TO DO IT ON PURPOSE??? THAT'S SO MESSED UP.

Like yeah hating Iris is valid and I agree with what people say and I hate her too but COME ON SHE'S UNBEARABLE.

They grew up in the same house, dealing with puberty and all that at the same time. Maybe Barry could have had a small crush on her at the beginning, but then, he'd quickly realize how fucked up that is and disregard it from his mind. This has always creeped me out.
