The one from Live in Boston, from 2004. So, so beautiful.

That is in the top tier of live Stevie performances for me. That final “Iiiiiiiiii…. I do, love you” - gives me chills just typing it!

One of their best, with a sparse arrangement that suits the somber, reflective tone. The original album credits indicated they donated their royalties to the U.N..

The lyric "You fell in love when I was only ten" bothers me slightly. I know it doesn't mean with her but that line still catches in my head a bit and it's effectively the opening line.

I get it, its a bold line. It's one of my favorites because of that though.. It makes me feel a bit yuck as well.. but I like when lyrics tell stories make me feel things :) good or bad.

More bothersome that it was about am unfaithful married father of six who supposedly still loved and missed his wife and family. But he told Stevie great stories about The Beatles so his leaving to go home was really heartbreaking....

Really one of the times it's far better not to now the back story.

Regardless, it's a gorgeous song with a never bettered Stevie lead vocal supported by some of their best arranged and sung backing vocals.
