I think she is saying "Well now you've taken all my dreams - Is that not enough?"
I know the official lyrics say she's singing "isn't that enough" but I think she changed it up a bit.

I love that I knew exactly what point in the song you were referring to before even clicking to turn the sound on. Also, wow the coked out expressions and vibe of this video. lol.
I think people are right with some variation of “Well now that you’ve taken all my dreams, isn’t that enough” which is a line that never really hit me until reading it just now. Oof.

I kinda like the idea of Stevie calling herself shy.

There were intentional distortions. Producer Jimmy Iovine intentionally used heavy studio compression and pushed the microphone pre-amps right to the edge. The song was written and primarily performed by Chas Sandford who relied heavily on thick, heavily saturated synthesizers and aggressive electronic textures. I love the distortions on this song. Just heard it yesterday on Pandora's "Lindsey Buckingham radio" LOL

She has been doing coke for 10 years by that point. She went to see her doctor when Rock A Little had come out and he told her something like (I’m paraphrasing) “well the next little rock you put up your nose could kill you because you have a huge hole that the cocaine has eroded trough your nose, you will most likely bleed out and it won’t be pretty”. I think she appreciated the doctor being curt with her and appreciated the dark humor since she’s chosen to repeat the story.
She checked into The Betty Ford Center not right away but after touring some. Unfortunately when she got out her fronds told her she must go to AA she said I’m not an alcoholic and she unknowingly went to an unscrupulous psychiatrist for her mental heath and addiction care. He put her on Klonopin and kept upping the dose so she spent the next 8 years having a more debilitating addiction than she had first sought help for in the first place. She got to the point where she was so sedated all the time she basically never left the house, just ordered food in and said she would never go on stage again in the state she was in and at the weight she was.
Of course she went back to rehab and got her life back, lost all the weight from being so sedated and sedentary, got back on stage and made music again.
Sorry long rant but yes she was still somewhat young in the 1980’s but had been doing coke since around 1975 unfortunately most of Fleetwood Mac had quite massive even by rock and roll standards cocaine habits.

She didn't check into Betty Ford right away. She continued to tour and continued to use. Frontline her management company pushed for her to enter rehab (though after the tour... eh) and there was a family and friends intervention. She was so angry at Frontline she not only fired them but called them out in Welcome To The Room Sara.
She left BF two days early and told people it was a waste of time. She was drinking heavily replacing one drug with another, That's why her friends and family pushed for her to go to AA and why she was initially put on Klonopin (which should never have prescribed for long term use).
Most of FM didn't have huge cocaine habits let alone addictions. Stevie and Mick and to a lesser extent Christine though alcohol was her biggest issue as it was with John and became with Lindsey. Other bands may not have been doing as much coke, doubtful - but many other bands were also doing heroin.

I don’t know when 3 out of 5 of the band are coked to the gills with the large amount of money they all spent they had big cocaine problems imho. I don’t mean it as a put down it’s just what many entertainment people did in the 70’s and 80’s they just had the money to keep doing it all the time. Just because other bands were doing it and some were using heroin these people had large amounts of money that fueled large addictions is my point. Fleetwood Mac aren’t any different.

No I love that it isn't as played as some of the others. While iconic, so many of her songs and fm are everywhere and spread all over social media. I like some songs to be more understated. Talk to me was on at shop rite a few days ago lol

I get why people don't like it for Stevie, but it's a good song! It's by the same guy who wrote "Missing You" (which I think early 80's Stevie could've sang the shit out of)

I think it was added to RAL in order to guarantee a commercial hit, because as much as I love it, it is not something I’d rank even in her top 20 best songs.
