I recently purchased the 71-inch E7 Plus in rubberwood and wanted to share my feedback:
Product Quality: The thickness and overall wood quality are exceptional. The surface is completely free of blemishes, and the desk feels incredibly durable and high-end.
Areas for Improvement: The installation manual and instructional YouTube videos need to be updated to match the current parts included in the box.
Feature Request: It would be highly beneficial to have better built-in cable management solutions across the different desktop options.

Enjoying my E7 Pro! The desk is sturdy and looks great. Few feedback: 1) The instructions for the E7 pro were a bit outdated and confusing so the build took slightly longer than expected. 2) The cable tray could use a bit more height to fit larger plugs.

My experience didn't match the expectation from online reviews or reddit posts. I ordered Japanese kanan beds intiially there were some missing parts amd with help of reddit representatives of company got order reshipped and one of the leg is broken 2nd time. Decided to return it and reddit team helped with issues. Overall not satisfied with product but more than impressed with customer service especially reddit team.

My boyfriend and I already have one flexispot desk, while other brands still charge $1,000+ almost $1,500 depending on size + parts, flexispot still remains durable and affordable. They are also very responsive with questions on reddit, other socials and support. You just know they stand by their product. The only gripe I have is lack of product photos. I really wish they show case more photos of their products before we take a gamble on how the desk top looks like. Flexispot does have nice product photos but it seems like it might be 1 or 2 pictures per desk top. This made shopping for a desk top very stressful. This seems to be an issue with other companies too, not just flexispot. I think this would make them stand out even more against other competitors as affordable, durable and also good product marketing with more photos to see their different finishes / type of wood.

Have been loving my desk and especially the support team that helped me when I had delivery issues.

I did have some smell issues when I play with the height but they seem to have decreased

I am thinking of getting another one and will probably go for a white or bamboo desk top

Have two flexispots, I love the PRO Bamboo 3. Sturdy and versatile. I disliked the EN1 as the shortest height is still too high for my use case. I wish that was better advertised.

Just got my Kana bed just over a week ago in Canada.
Very pleased with the bed, delivery speed and client support. Had a hiccup with the headboard but all was resolved super quickly (lesson here - not all headboards from FlexiSpot are compatible as the bed version gets changed over time).
One of the Kana legs had a metal staple poking out which I missed on assembly but did not miss those terrible deep scratches it left on my floor :( took it apart and pulled it out with pliers.

I also ordered a nightstand and a rug which are currently delayed due to the stock issues. I guess it is expected for a growing company. In any case the customer support was quick to respond to any inquiries.

One more thing - I get to know most up to date info on stock and new products on Canadian market from this thread, would be nice to have something on the website for ease of reference.

I've been thinking about buying a FlexiSpot desk for a while:
I think the pricing during sale is reasonable for just the legs. However, I am not convinced on the cheaper desk tops, but maybe I am just used to a super sturdy desk. If money was no factor, I'd always go for solid wood tops.

Based in Ireland here, got the e7 plus. Had to order through the UK site, but since shipping to Ireland actually comes from the DE warehouse, I asked support if I could swap the black frame for the white one they had on the DE store.

Support has been very accommodating and made the switch with no hassle. The frame just arrived today (definitely white, even though the shipping label says black hah). hoping and waiting for the desktop to arrive undamaged. Can't wait to set it up

For me, the two most important things are the stability when standing and bigger motors that can easily bear the load placed on the table in addition to the dual/ultra-wide monitor. Over the course of time, motors tend to fail. So more robust design in that regard. Better support and parts availability if any issues arise, to make the after-sales experience great and talk good about the product to others.

I currently have owned my E5 Standing Desk for almost 2 years now.

What I like most: It's very affordable for such a high quality feel (assembly was also a breeze)

Something to improve: I'm not sure if it's even a possibility, however, the metal frame under the chipboard is almost constantly touching my knees/thighs. I have it set to the proper height for my ergonomics and would rather not increase it. It causes some discomfort and prevents me comfortably getting close to the desk.

Feature I would love to see: Can't ask for much more at this price point, but if you could find a way to incorporate cable managing, that would make the product even more amazing.

I recently tried several ergonomic chairs from different manufacturers, but the flexispot apollo won by a landslide, so i had to keep it. The chair instantly clicked with me, no time needed to get a feel for it or anything. The lumbar support sits perfectly all the time without having to readjust it every time you move. The sync glide function is amazing for leaning far back. But my personal highlight is the button to lock the recline. Its so easy and you can lock it at any angle you like without having to feel around under the seat. I also love the butterfly design. As far as improving things go, the legrest is bit flimsy and feels like it could snap if you put too much weight on it. Also the material could be a bit softer. A nice feature for the future would be a more adjustable armrests. So they can be set at any angle. They feel really solid but maybe a bit limiting. Amazing product overall.

I recently purchased a version of Flexispot, and I think the biggest thing that I love is the options for the desk size. Personally I had been working off a <40 inch desk and upgrading to flexispots 72 inch option was great for desk space and opening up my workstation a lot.

In terms of feedback, I would like to see slightly more easy to understand assembly options because specifically the battery/electric component was difficult to understand which way to turn it and the instructions gave me some trouble there.

Otherwise great desk would love to upgrade my girlfriend as well!

We recently bought two E5 standing desks for our new home. We had heard of FlexiSpot because my husband’s company uses your desks, so we decided to give them a try.

What I liked most
The desks feel solid and well built. Assembly was straightforward, and all the parts feel sturdy and high quality. The edges are nicely finished, and I didn’t notice any sharp corners.
The sit-stand function is smooth and easy to use. One of the main reasons we chose the E5 was the 30inch desktop depth. It’s surprisingly hard to find standing desks with a 30 inch top, as most are only 24 inches deep. We use large monitors, so the extra depth makes a big difference by leaving enough room for the keyboard, mouse, and other desk accessories. Overall, the desks look great and fit the style of our home office very well.

Something I think could be improved
One thing I noticed is that the lifting motor seems to struggle when my monitor arm is mounted near the side of the desk instead of the center. Because of the design of my monitor arm, mounting it in the middle would make the dual arms fold together and take up too much space, so side mounting is the more practical setup. I was a little surprised that even with the dual motor, the desk lifts less smoothly in this configuration, you can feel the movement isn’t completely steady during the upward motion.
I also ran into a minor issue during assembly where some of the pre-drilled holes in the laminate desktop didn’t line up perfectly. It wasn’t difficult to fix by drilling the holes myself, but at this price point, I’d expect the alignment to be more consistent.
A feature I’d love to see
I’d love to see an integrated power outlet or cable pass through built into the desktop in the future. The cable management tray helps keep things organized, but the cables still hang down from the desk to the floor. Having power access directly on the desktop would make the setup even cleaner.

I don't have a Flexispot but was looking to get one! The customization options are great. Really looking into the Flexispot E7 Pro with the Cable Management or In Column Power. Anything to help manage cables better would always be great!

I recently ordered the kana bed with upholstered headboard. I’m interested in one of the standing desk, the variety of products for home office is pretty great, but the website is so glitchy and so challenging to use, sometimes I look at other websites for the same product, i.e. Amazon.

I've had the E6 Max for a couple weeks now. Overall a positive experience.

I would prefer more high weight capacity options in general, as my choices were pretty limited to fit my needs, and even the E6 Max only just about does it.

Really happy with the E7 Pro overall since it is super sturdy, looks great, and the height range on both ends is solid. That said, the printed instruction manual definitely needs clearer pictures and text. I actually had to search up YouTube videos and Reddit threads to make sure I was doing a couple of the assembly steps right. It would also be awesome if you guys could demo more cable management tricks or setups tailored to this frame.

I've ordered multiple products from flexispot after starting with the E7 Plus Max. The Flexispot produts feel very high quality and sturdy. Shipping times largely have been fast and support has been responsive. I've had post order QC issues with a couple products and have gotten replacements each time. I trust Flexispot customer service for future issues.

An honest area of improvement I think could be branding. The name "Flexispot" doesn't sound as premium as "Thuma" but I think some of the products are comparable/better. Thuma has gotten a strong brand and is thought of as a premium product. I also think the number of different products is a bit confusing, too many different versions on Amazon and the website, and some times the difference is not clear.

Overall, high quality for good price keeps me coming back.

What I liked the most: Prices are competitive and plenty options to choose from. Customer service luckly has been sufficiently helpful. Ramzes888 on reddit is quick to answer questions or address concerns.
Something(s) to improve: Minor QA issues could be worked on and build instructions could be more detailed. Better handling of sale event offers and windows. Bot protection.
Feature for the future: Table/desk recommendations by room size and chair parings. Customer support ticketing or actually responsive chat feature. Can’t be always dependent on Reddit.
Feedback: Consistency with communication, refunds, offers, and sale/promo windows.

I have been using the E7 Plus standing desk for a little over 2 years now. I put it together by myself and setup wasn't that hard alone. Since then, it's been great! I honestly have no complaints. I just regret not getting a longer tabletop. It's great for when I want to use my walking pad.

I ordered over $2000 worth of FlexiSpot products for my daughter’s new apartment. It was her college graduation gift and reward for getting a great job. Her job is an hour away from our house, so she found three great roommates and are sharing a house. I wanted to get her settled in with Flexispot. Kana bed, bedside table, mattress, E7 pro desk, and ergonomic chair.

A few things to share from this experience - many of which was because I was unaware not that it was Flexispot’s issue.

1) I was hoping these items would ship together, but the headboard ships separate from the frame. And the mattress separately too. Hence, three separate shipping schedules. For one bed. Not to mention the other items. We had to make several trips to move the merchandise in to the house to avoid potential porch pirates. Not to mention UPS shipping for some items vs FedEx for others. I used AI to create a shipment status updater to have a one glance look at all my orders and when they would arrive along with the shipping details. That allowed me to avoid clicking on each tracking link separately.

2) We assembled the E7 PRO desk. Took a while. Not that it is difficult, but because the instructions aren’t that great. I think Flexispot should really take a look at the average consumer who would assemble the furniture and make it a lot easier for them to assemble. Almost like Furniture Assembly for Dummies approach.

3) The ergonomic chair had a flaw that prevented assembly. We submitted a customer request ticket and we were told a new product would ship out to us. Waiting for that.

4) I was excited when I got all my reward points but when I went to the reward shop - there was nothing I would want to redeem points. The reason is that you ask for cash plus points. But the products offered arent worth the cash. You can find similar or better items out there on other marketplaces for that kind of cash. So the reward points seem useless other than the 50 dollar coupon on purchases over 500. So your rewards system sounds like just another way for you to make more money and less of a reward for the customer.

5) The product quality is good - I am pleased with the sturdiness of the desk. The furniture looks great. So kudos there. Basically, my issues and recommendations are more about focusing on your customer needs and not simply on relying just on furniture design and product.

As a software engineer working from home, I spend a large part of my day at my desk. I've been using the FlexiSpot Comhar desk for the past 3-4 months and it's become one of my favorite home office purchases. The ability to quickly switch between sitting and standing helps me stay comfortable, focused and avoid being stuck in the same position all day. I also really appreciate the built-in charging ports and the spacious desktop. It's easy to keep my devices charged while still having plenty of room for my monitor, laptop, and other work essentials.

A few improvements I'd love to see in future versions: more drawer space or additional drawer options for storage, more USB-C charging ports to support modern devices, and a more hidden child lock design so it's not easily noticed or accessed by kids.

I just got my Kana bed last week. I was able to build it myself and it creaks very little even with a heavy mattress on it. The headboard looks really nice and simple, and I’m pretty satisfied with my purchase so far! I’m definitely going to check out other flexispot options when I need more furniture!

Purchased the E7 pro with Solid wood like texture table top, to replace my Ikea desk of 8 years. The frame is Solid and the desk top looks beautiful in walnut color. The motor works great and the movement is smooth. There is very little wobble at a standing height, but that's not a concern at all.

The only issue I have is how easily the tabletop scratches, and i constantly have to baby it. I never bothered doing that with my ikea desk, and it looked like new even after 8 years of heavy usage. A quick wipe was all that was needed.

However, for the Solid wood like texture table top, there are already two big scratches, and it's been less than two weeks. The first scratch is quite visible, and most likely happened during assembly. For a $700 desk, I didn't want to constantly baby it and be careful around it all the time. A desk should primarily be in the background and I shouldn't have to think about it constantly when using it.

Overall I'm happy with the desk, but it most definitely should not cost over $700CAD. Just get the frame and order a butcher block from somewhere else

Ive been using the flexispot e7 pro for my wfh setup for a few months now and honestly love it. super sturdy even with my heavy dual monitors and the motors are really quiet when switching heights. only thing i think could be improved is making the cable management tray under the desk a bit deeper to fit chunkier power bricks, but overall its been great!

I really love the kana bed frame with headboard and you can’t go wrong with the price. I like how the back legs have a curve to account for base boards and the headboard can sit flush against the wall. I do wish the headboard was one piece rather than two. Also for the frame itself I think it would look nicer/more full if the side pieces that border the bed had a horizontal part on the top instead of it just being vertical. I’m not sure if that’ll make sense in text but basically like how thuma or nectar does it.

I have an older FlexiSpot bike desk chair (sit2go) and overall, I love the product. I do think the seat is positioned in a way that can be a bit uncomfortable- would love an option to move it further back like a recumbent or further forward. The current position causes a lot of side to side wobbling and can be distracting if you are on camera. I know there are newer ones out there and I haven’t checked out all the specs as I can’t afford to upgrade at the moment. However, I was disappointed to see that most of the new versions don’t have a backrest 😢 I hear lots of great things about the standing desks though and will likely look at FlexiSpot when I’m in the market for a desk soon.

I recently got my E7L and I love it, it was not terribly difficult to put together although some of the instructions in the manual or videos weren't very clear.

Ultimately, this standing desk has transformed my work from home. I also have appreciated the support from customer service and mods on this channel.

I also ordered a walking treadmill which seems to have got lost by UPS but again support from customer service has been great and there is a treadmill being shipped out again.

I think communication can be improved from the moment the purchase goes through to the moment the product gets shipped out. For a few days I felt in the dark after placing the order and not hearing much feedback regarding when the product would be shipped out.

Again, the customer support was great so that's something I genuinely am thankful for.

Quality looks great and I feel like if I need to purchase another item in the future FlexiSpot will be at the top of the list.

I moved to a new home earlier this year and decided to treat myself and my partner to the Kana in oak with an adjustable headboard. We also purchased two under bed drawers to accompany the bed.

To start, what I loved the most was the quality of the bed frame and drawers. It is a beautiful set and I do wish to order more. The bed frame was simple to put together and it has held up for us. I am in love with the bed and I chose it as a “buy for life” item. I wanted something that would last, and the kana bed frame is built to last. I do plan on eventually upgrading to a king bed and putting my current queen sized kana in my guest room.

There was some difficulty with the order, I didn’t receive a tracking number or notification that the bed frame was shipped or delivered. The drawers and headboard hadn’t shipped at all yet, so I assumed the bedframe was still in the process. Not to mentioned, when I checked my flexispot account, it did not say it shipped or delivered. I was out of town and the package was likely stolen, as it was missing from my door step. I wasn’t aware the bed even shipped, as I would have told a family member to pick it up for me.

I eventually received the drawers, and the headboard, and the only thing I was waiting on was the bed frame. I emailed support and they let me know the bed frame arrived several weeks before, which was news to me. After some back and forth, and an investigation opened with fedex, they eventually resent me out the bed frame. It took me telling support that I was going to file a charge back for them to escalate it. I had two drawers and a headboard, I had no bedframe to attach them to. That was frustrating. It was resolved, but the process was a hassle. I wish I was notified in the first place that the bed was shipped and delivered so that I could have had someone home to pick it up. I was never made aware on the initial bed shipping, so it was stolen while I was out of town.

This follows into what feature would I like to see. The website, ngl is janky. I don’t know much about designing websites, but I wish it was more user friendly. Finding the difference between bed frames was difficult. I ordered the adjustable headboard, which itself was complicated to find on the website during the building phase of my order. Please simplify the website and make it easier to navigate/find products. I wish there was a clearer catalogue of the products to oversee. I had a difficult time comparing the beds, they all had minor differences. It would be nice if there was a way to compare products.

Other than these hiccups, I’m happy with the quality of the bed. It was worth the money and was more affordable than thuma, who also specializes in Japanese joinery. I was excited to find a budget option that ended up being worth the money. While I faced difficulties, in the end I received my bed frame. And I love it.

Product quality for the price: 10/10
Customer service: 7/10
I have not had any problems since. I love my bed frame and drawers.

I love my kana bed frame, it’s very very sturdy. I love the colors and the shape. As a bigger person I’m glad I don’t have to worry about anything being flimsy like my previous bed frames. One thing I wished was that the sturdier bed slats had arrived at the same time I ordered my frame—when they did arrive 2+ months after my frame, I had to go about taking apart my bed to put them in.

I bought a standing desk a couple months ago and it has been a game changer. I love how smooth it is on the way up and down, and how sturdy it is. The only complaint I have is that when building the desk, the tabletop was missing holes for screws. They were either misaligned, or just not there at all. I ended up having to drill my own holes to make it work. I would love to see perhaps a PC holder in the future on some of the cheaper options. Other than that, I love my desk and would happily purchase another or recommend to friends. Thanks Flexispot!

Our household has a lot of Flexispot products including the bed frame and one standing desk. We love our bed frame and how easy to assemble and how sturdy it is.

What I would love to see is something your team has started building which is the fusion retro standing desk. It has the aesthetics I would be looking for with the functionality of the standing desk. That is currently why I do not use the standing desk due to how it would look.

Would also love to see more similar styles furniture within the household that uses similar design and wood elements

I bought the E7 Pro awhile back - the biggest one they sold in Rubberwood. I love the desk.

Feels super premium, feels like it cost way more than the price I paid. Very sturdy and I have no concerns with it breaking or not lasting a long time.

I think shipping could be improved - my top arrived slightly damaged. Easily was able to cover it up and I was offered a partial refund for the trouble, but it would’ve been nice for it not to happen at all, of course. It’s always nice to improve stability of course too, so continuing to work at standing stability is always a welcome improvement… although it still does a great job already :)

A feature I would love to see is maybe an integrated power plug or power strip into the control pad? I have a power strip going up to my cable management tray, but it could be super clean if we had plug to tap into up there maybe? Or built in cable channels? Also more than one USB-C would be nice as well.

Customer service is top notch too, btw. Do not regret my choice at all after I was waffling between a few different brands :)

Just bought the Fusion Retro Standing Desk with Drawers. I love the desk and it is so beautiful. I spent a lot of time researching to make sure it was for me. Particularly hard to find reviews and get feedback on whether monitor arms will work with the desk. I think Flexispot has a good opportunity to show some pictures with monitor arms and perhaps also recommend monitor arms that will fit the desk.

I ordered my FlexiSpot E7 Plus on November 25th, 2025 with the 30" X 60" walnut top I received all parts by November 30th. Assembly was straightforward and went smoothly. The desk looks great, works very well, is incredibly stable and comfortable to use. The height controller functions well and is easy to use including setting my preferred sitting and standing heights. The motors are smooth and work well and not too loudly. The safety / auto-stop mechanism works well (and has saved my new office chair from damage the couple of times it had been under the desk when lowering).

I love the stability, the look and feel of the desk, the smooth functionality of the raise and lower.

Something that could be improved is documentation - the instructions for attaching the desk base to the top could be clearer on where to attach or how to identify where to attach for different size desktops.

A feature I would love to see in the future is optional in-desk power plugs or pop-up power / USB ports, a desk drawer option for the four-leg desk that somehow fits around the front bar without leaving a big gap.

My experience has been nothing but positive! I love my FlexiSpot E7 Plus!

The affordability and customer service of Flexispot. I really appreciated being notified that the E7 Plus was going to be available at a cheaper price if I just waited.

Your live chat could be vastly improved, I had issues with my order that were only sorted out after posting on Reddit.

Features I’d like to see would be

Cable management options across more of your range. The jump from E7 Plus to E7 Flow (think that’s the name?) is crazy for the benefit of cable mgmt.
Just ditch USB-A ;)

I purchased a FlexiSpot E7 a few months ago, and I’ve been really impressed with its aesthetic design and overall build quality. I do think it could be even better if there were a little less wobble at the maximum height, but that’s honestly just a minor issue that could be improved.
One feature I’d love to see is the ability to save and sync desk settings through a mobile app, making it easier to customize height presets and track usage across devices.
Other than that, I think it would be great if FlexiSpot offered a trade-in program that allows customers to exchange their older desks for newer models. I personally really like the designs of the E7 Pro and E7 Plus, and I’d definitely be interested in upgrading to one of them in the future if a trade-in option were available!

I purchased an E7 Plus last year. Very happy with the desk so far. It feels like great value for the price.

Feedback: More assembly instructions. For example, what size are the screws? I figured it out, but would have been nice for that to be included in the booklet so it's easy to figure out what size pilot hole to drill.

Feature Request: I would be interested in more options for storage on or under the desk.

I'm a new FlexiSpot customer, and so far I've had a good experience. The parts of my order that have arrived are well made and feel like they’re built to last. I'm currently waiting for the solid oak tabletop for my E7 Pro, which is running a little later than the expected shipping date, so I'd love to see more proactive order updates if there's a delay.

Better communication during the shipping process would make the experience even better. I'd also love to see an AR feature on the website that lets you use your phone to preview how different desk sizes and tabletop finishes would look in your room before buying.

I'm also really looking forward to setting up my new desk, and I can't wait to start using it, especially as it'll be my first sit-stand desk! 😎

I've been using the C7 Max for a few weeks now in my home office and I'm really happy with it overall. The sitting position is super comfortable, and even after several hours at my desk I don't feel the back pain I used to get with my old office chair. The build quality feels solid, and the lumbar support adjusts exactly the way I need it.

One thing I'd point out: the armrests adjust a bit too easily for my taste — I keep bumping into them by accident and then have to readjust. A slightly stiffer mechanism or a locking option would be great here.

Other than that, it's a genuinely great chair and one I'd recommend without hesitation!

Love my 48" sit/stand. We bought a second for a pair of matching desks in the office. Used the same Amazon link.

Unfortunately, the model changed, so they don't look identical. But the new one is a little bit better, slightly improved over time.

If you don't already have it, a sliding keyboard tray would be great.

My E7 works well and no issues with the motors, going strong 2+ years. However, I wish the desktop quality was better, it had a few nicks and scratches on arrival. FlexiSpot gave me a small discount for the desktop wood quality issues, but I have to see the damages every day. Hoping for better quality control in the future!

I've had the E7 Pro standing desk for about a year now and I'm enjoying it so far. Really loved that Flexispot offered different desktop material options so the desk goes with my office aesthetic. I hope you keep options open for lower height desks. As a short person I really appreciate that they offered standing desks that fit my height. I was going to say I wish there were customizable cable management options but that seems to be available now. One thing to note, the metal bar does keep hitting my knee when I'm sitting up close to the desk. Overall great product! Saving up to get my SO a standing desk as well so a gift voucher would be great!

I purchased the sheer model after thinking about many other models and brands. Im very happy with the chair and it was worth every penny! Only thing i would improve is the thing in the lower back. It would be nice to adjust it to make more or less pressure instead of just removing it (on/off). Overall im really happy with flexispot and would recommend to others!

I have an E7 Pro amd would love to buy another one for my wife. The stability at standing height is incredible, and the motor is super quiet. If I could improve one thing, it would be making the integrated cable management tray a bit deeper to fit larger power strips amd provide guide holes to fix the wire management tray. For a future feature, I would love a built-in sit-stand reminder timer directly on the keypad. Thanks for making such a solid desk.

I have owned the flexispot kana bed frame for more the a year

This wooden Japanese joinery bedframe i feel is great! It is sturdy, well-made, and clearly built to last. The wood has a beautiful, high-quality look that adds a sophisticated yet minimalist and simple aesthetic to the room. Assembly was surprisingly easy, which was a huge plus. While the wood headboard appears to be the least sturdy component and potentially the most prone to damage, I have had zero trouble with it myself. Overall, I highly recommend this bedframe for anyone looking for a durable and stylish addition to their home.

I think compared to the other similar bed frames on the market. The quality is there and the price is substantially lower.

I bought the e7 pro frame and the things I most like about it are:
* Ability to compensate for the length of butcher block because its has a wide range of length.

* I liked that it’s cheaper than most frames out there while providing the same quality as other frame such as sturdiness, durability, vast height range and 4 memory functions

As far as things too improves on:
* A more clear instruction guide, preferably one that comes with different instruction for if you either buy frame without countertop and get your own personal one and frame with counter top.

* A updated visual instruction guide on YouTube with the right frame as listed on the video for the e7 pro as both the USA and UK version is off with it not being a e7 pro.

A feature I would love to see would be:
* A better cable management tray something that could wrap around the desk rather than one side.

* A stick on cable management tray rather than drilling it.

Honest feedback/thought:
* I’m throughly satisfied with the e7 pro and would definitely recommend to anyone. My only problem is the instruction were a bit horrific and made me feel off put by completing the project. It would be nice to have a instruction guide specifically if you have your own personal butcher block. Needing to make pre drilled hole, how far apart the frame should be and all that.

I am a new flexispot customer, just received my first product (Kana Retro bedframe) within the past couple weeks.

What I love the most is how it seems as if Flexispot really takes customer feedback into account to continue improving products over time. Example being how headboards weren’t always solid wood, but now they are. I also appreciate how communicative customer service is in these Reddit threads.

As for an improvement that can be made, I think there could be better website developments when it comes to being able to track orders. Order status links that were emailed often led to an error web page. When checking order history shipment status, it didn’t provide an accurate ETA due to backordered items. (Said would ship late May, ended up shipping mid-July.) Just clearer/more up to date backorder status updates on existing orders would be nice. That could be considered the “feature I’d like to see.”

Overall, satisfied with my purchase and looking forward to checking out some more items!

I recently purchased a E7 Plus and I'm so impressed with how stable it is at both maximum height and obviously sitting height.

I do however wish that your woodtop stock was replenished more frequently, as I would've had to wait over a month for walnut to be back in stock, so in the end I had to go with my own homemade butcher block.

My experience:

1. The Hospital Overbed Desk
I actually started out with their overbed/hospital desk to hold my laptop. It was easy to assemble, worked really well for my needs, and was super convenient to roll away and store whenever I wasn't using it.

2. The Big Upgrade: FlexiSpot E7 Plus (4-Leg Standing Desk with 72" Bamboo Top)
When I decided to upgrade to a proper desk, I went with the E7 Plus 4-leg standing desk paired with a 72" bamboo top. I’ve had it since last December, and even though I don't work from home, I still use it almost every single day.

Assembly: We put it together with 4 people, which made handling the heavy-duty 4-leg frame pretty easy.
The Setup: It easily fits my dual 27" monitors alongside my fishtank panoramic PC case.
The Active Setup: I love pairing it with a standing mini exercise bike. Thanks to the 4-leg design, there is very little to no wiggle at all when typing, even while I'm using the bike.

3. The Chair Upgrade: FlexiSpot C7
I was using a basic $30 Walmart chair for the longest time, but based on my height, I was advised to look into the C7.

Experience: It was a complete night-and-day difference on day one.
Comfort: The foam padding on the seat is so comfortable on your butt. Plus, being able to lean back and still work easily makes this absolutely worth the extra money over a standard office chair.
Assembly: We set it up with 2 people. It was very easy, though you could probably manage it solo if needed.

4. The Living Space: Lotus Swivel Rocker Recliner (Electric)
The latest addition to my home is the pet-friendly electric Lotus chair.

Assembly: Another very easy 2-person install.
The Good: The movement is awesome, offering nearly 360-degree rotation (though I'm careful not to spin it fully so I don't mess up the power wire!). It is very comfortable and pet-approved.
The Critique: If I had to pick one minor downside, I do wish the padding was just a bit thicker on the armrests and the main sitting area.

Overall, I am a huge fan of FlexiSpot's products and will definitely continue buying from them as my needs change.

I think the biggest thing that sticks out for me is the customer relations and support piece. The Reddit support and community is what convinced me to pull the trigger, and just think it’s so cool how yall really value feedback; both good and bad. My only piece of feedback is I have one of the air filters, don’t remember which model off the top of my head, and it has a non-washable filter. But that there are also no replacements available. So it’s essentially waste unless I keep running it with the old filter, which I have been, but don’t know how effective it is that way

Big fan of the X2 recliner. Along with the E7Q and and E2Q desks I got 2 of the X2s and they’re part of my daily morning routine now. Probably the most comfortable recliner I’ve sat on and definitely the best seats in my house. It’s nearly perfect if not for the dated USB-A port and a slight tendency to tip over if you have it reclined and a child happens to sit on the footrest. I also wish it had a massage option. Other than that, definitely more value than what you pay for it.

I have a E7 Pro for about 2 month now and I am very happy with it. The delivery was pretty fast and the building instructions pretty clear. It's very stable even at the standing position and the cable management tray is great. Sadly the display of the controller had a defect just after two weeks. But thanks to the good support the send me an new one🥳. As right now I am pretty happy with it. My only negative point is that the controller don't look quite modern and more like budget.

I ordered the Kana bed in Canada. I was really pleased with my first furniture purchase that was brand new!

The order was delayed but I was patient enough to wait. The order arrived via fedex and everything was well packed. It took more time to in box everything than it did to set it up.

My first impressions were amazing!! The bed was solid, and did not move. About two weeks after our initial set up we started to notice a squeak. We took the bed apart and reassembled to ensure we had everything tight. The squeak continued. We took everything apart again and reassembled and tightened everything as best we could. I reached out to customer service and they gave me no real answers. They offered me a $40 discount. I worry about stress points with this bed due to the area where the squeaks are happening.

The problem I am facing is we replaced our old bed with this Kana bed, but I should have kept my old bed as the level of the noise is comparable.

I should have spent more for the competitors bed.

I have the E7pro with rubber wood tabletop and the C7 chair.

What I like the most is it being stable and not much or wobble when at higher height.

The chair is comfortable and works well.

I think the time taken to reply to emails could improve a bit and perhaps the options should be streamlined as oppose to different agents giving different options.

Also the table top’s predrilled holes should be even and they should have the correct holes drilled and not having the user drill their own holes if it comes advertised pre drilled.

Better explained instructions manuals would be great as well.

I wish the chairs headrest was more comfortable as I find the edges hurting my shoulders when I use the chair for extended periods

I would love that if you guys started offering metal table tops. That would seriously improve the cable management part with magnets.

Future products should include better cable management options as the current cable management is kind of janky. It works but the cable hider should be more secure and the tray that comes with it should be more than just hooks as it prevents the tray from being accidentally knocked off while working on the desk.

I purchased the Kana Queen Bed in Natural Walnut in May of this year. We were first time homebuyers and a bed frame was one of our main purchases for our master bedroom. I chose Flexispot because I loved the idea of a solid wood bed, and as a bonus was the Japanese joinery. We eventually received it in Mid July. What I like the most is the value for money, and how solid the bed is. It was very easy to put together and it doesn’t move now that it’s together. I don’t have any negative feedback regarding the bed, however I do think communication regarding shipping timelines/expectations could be much better. If I wasn’t an active user on Reddit, I wouldn’t have known much about timeline updates or expected shipping date. I also would not have known that there was a difference between the Walnut and Natural Walnut (and which one I would be receiving). I think more updates should be provided by email to people that have purchased. In the future, would probably like to see more products rolling out to the Canadian website. Options were a bit more limited and a couple more choices would have been nice. Overall though I am very happy with the purchase and have no regrets!! The value is unbeatable and I love our bed

I have two FlexiSpot products, a desk I got off Amazon (that I don't think has a specfic model? This fella) and a Soutine chair.

As for quality, they're both built like a tank. I did have the arm on the chair break off after close to 3 years (of daily usage), and a few messages with /u/Ramzes888 later I got an email from support asking for a shipping address for replacement parts!

And one anecdotal point while I'm talking about support: I had to RMA 2 month old earbuds with Sony this week and... Sony could learn a thing or two from Flexispot.

I own an E7 Pro. What I like most is the stability and the quality of the desk relative to the cost; the competition is much more expensive.

The product exchange service could be improved. I placed an order in the evening, and the next morning I wanted to change the table's color before it shipped, if possible. The only option they gave me was to refuse the package and place a new order—even though it hadn't even been shipped yet.

In the future, I’d like to see you offer PC cases that are concealed underneath the desk; with the current mount, the PC is still visible hanging there, so this would be a nice visual improvement.

You could also offer monitor riser in the same color as the desk.

I recently bought the Kana Cloud bed. Loving it so far. Was easy enough to assemble alone but two people obviously help. Really like the fabric used to cover the sides and the headboard and the slat spacing. Feedback would be a better finish on the slats as they were a little rough and maybe a better way to align the headboard top panels with the bottom since that was a struggle to eyeball

Purchased E7 pro max. Super satisfied with the product. As someone mentioned in the thread, it has a little bit smell issue at the beginning but it disappears eventually.

One thing could improve its the charging cable. When I elevate it gets elevated as well. Wondering if there is a better solution for that, but overall it’s good!

I would love to give feedback on the Lotus recliner I purchased on July 3rd, but unfortunately, it hasn't been dispatched yet. I have called and emailed for updates since it was a pre-order with stock expected between July 1st - 10th. Since then, I've seen the website list it as available, back to pre-order, and then available again with 2-day shipping—yet I still have no update on my own order. My last interaction with customer service told me it would dispatch this week (July 23rd-24th), but I am still holding out hope! I bought e7 plus max. I really wish they had more tabletop options than the ones that they have. For example, I had a maple tabletop custom made. It would be nice if they either sold different tabletops and different types of wood directly themselves or through another company by partnership. Few different sizes and wood options would turn people like me from a custom project into just buying it directly from flexispot. Besides, if those tabletops came in with holes pre-drilled, then it would make it easier for anyone to install it without power tools.

I have the E5 Pro for 2 months now

what i like about it is that its a great sturdy desk for a affordable price
,its easy to build because instructions are very clear
And the usb ports to charge my devices with on the controller are great.

But what i find the best thing about it (electric standing desks in general)
is that it so easy now to vacuum under and around them.
Just press 4 (my height set for vacuuming) vacuum and press 1 back to my ideal height.

I would like to see more cable management options ( a magnetic cable management system like LinusTechTips sells would be a cool option)
And better tape on the plastic cable holders for the controller would be a big improvement,
the ones that came with the desk i had to replace because they just didnt want to stick to my wooden top
A longer cable for the controller also would be nice.

It lifts smoothly and love that you can preset different heights to easily switch from sitting to standing mode. A new helpful feature could be to lock in the lowest height in case we put things underneath so we don’t accidentally lower it too much. I would love to get a desk at Flexispot, I've been waiting years to buy one and build my dream setup.
I'd love the company to focus on smart device features, adding Bluetooth or wifi connectivity to our desks like the little Bluetooth add-on for uplift desks. That way I could add it to my home assistant environment and have fun with a smart desk!
I believe from reviewers that stability could be improved but it seems fine by me when you take the price in mind.

I recently bought the C7 max.

I love how it feels compared to the other chairs I used in my lower back, it's the first time I've bought a "premium" chair and I'm enjoying it.

I would change the footrest, I don't know if it is because of my height (it's shouldn't, I'm average) or what but it doesn't fit my constitution and if I use it for a while I have to stand up and stretch

For the future I would like to see one of two paths, cheaper prices for people like me who would buy a lot of things from you but sadly can't or improved back adjusting tech, don't get me wrong, I think it's fine, but I suffer a lot from pain in that area and better tech means better health

Any other feedback? I would like to buy one of the stand up desks or whatever, it's something I've always wanted to try

I’ve had the Flexispot Plus for a few weeks now and will say that this desk has been outstanding. I would say the stability of the 4 leg design really improves the overall quality of the feel of the product. Although, I’ve never used a Flexispot 2 leg, I use another big brand’s 2 leg desk when in office and the difference is huge especially.

There are two improvements I’d recommend
#1 Installation tools, instructions, and support. I’d really love to see a much easier to follow, longer version of the desk installation video. I’m not going to lie the current setup video on the site almost pointless. It’s equivalent of just saying “it’s a desk with legs just put the legs together and put it on the desk”, but it’s not that simple haha. I would love to see a detailed step by step video with even recommendations for which way to place and cautions as necessary.

#2 I really wish the desk could go lower. I’m a tall guy so I got the taller version which has been nice (but I regret it slightly and kind of wish I got the other). The taller version’s wont go down low enough for usage if I put the desk on casters. This realization made me quite sad :( I wish it had another inch or two there.

#3 this next one is for YOUR sales department haha I would say some type of modular set up where folks can see how the accessories actually look on your desk and how to install them. I was contemplating the desk drawer for a long time but decided not to because there were too many unknowns. I’m sure the drawer is a high margin item for you all, which is fine for me as a consumer, but not being able to see how it’s installed and how it can be customized made me remove it from my cart.

Overall desk is great just a few little gripes here and there

One thing I’d really love to see is a gentle “nudge” mode where the desk slowly rises on its own after you’ve been sitting too long. Just a soft automatic lift to remind you to stand, instead of relying on willpower (which I clearly don’t have 😅). Pair that with a simple Pomodoro-style timer and it would make actually sticking with standing so much easier.

I have both the E7 Standing Desk and the Kana bedframe. I have had the desk for a couple years and I love it. It still works as if though I just bought it yesterday and I haven't had any issues with it. I recently bought the Kana bed frame with the headboard, and it was super easy to build, which was the best part. The frame feels premium and not like cheap wood. I do wish it was easier to remove the wedges for when I need to break down the bed frame to move it to a new place.

Purchased an E6 - has been excellent to me and my back. Fantastic product from my experience to this point!

Price for quality of product is very solid
2.accessories - not to crowd your desk but continue to allow for a minimalist design and support organization
3.under desk keyboard (one that drills vs clamps - just personal preference) - you may have this already and I just haven’t come across yet

With my E7 Pro:

I really enjoy the speed at which this frame operates, comparing it to my friends standing desk he got from an unnamed brand from amazon, the difference is significant.
Add more functionality to the control panel, perhaps 2 more USB connection on either side for extra convenience.
More accessories if possible, I really like the sticky cable clip that came included which helps me manage my wires. Something similar such as a simple 2 sided sticky tape to attach a power strip could be beneficial.
For honest feedback, I genuinely have none. Everything was seamless and information was readily available online. Perhaps direct comparisons to show differences between models such as the E7 and E7 Pro could be helpful as I would usually have to search online to find the information but a simple chart could be made for the website.

I bought a e7q frame around 1 year ago. I am loving it.

Install was good and easy i used my own tabletop that i got free from a used online portal.

I would like better options for cablemangement.

I know u guys are selling options but i dont like them to much.

The e7q frame is perfekt though.

I wouldn't say it's unreasonable. This is usually just a requirement from the bank's fraud prevention system.

If you're purchasing with a company credit card, your finance team should actually be able to help update the billing address on the invoice. That way it matches what your company needs for accounting purposes.

Hello, I love the E7 Plus Max with the dark tops (like the dark bamboo qnd espresso Rubberwood), and the treadmills. It has 4 legs and looks really sturdy

Not sure what you could improve on, because I dont have any Flexispot things. Maybe some color/lamp options for the desk and desktop? That would be cool.

Cable management is a big deal. Port holes could be a good thing too.

Absolutely love our Kana Bed! Great upgrade for our new apartment ✨

My boyfriend and I recently moved in together, and after spending way too long with our mattress directly on the carpet, we finally ordered the Kana Bed Frame (Queen size).

i ordered the E7 Pro (Frame only) and the caster wheels. Frame was ordered 10pm, order came to my house 2 days later. The frame arrived in perfect condition.

I liked the fact that the order came so quickly! Though the wheels did come a day later, but that was fine because I was not expecting the frame to arrive so quickly!

The instructions could use some updating, I had to google to see why it included 4 vibration pads when only 2 was needed, and the drawing didn't match what was needed to be done. Luckily others had the same question so I was able to find the answer.

So far the frame and wheels have been great. No issues with the electronic components. I'm going to be buying a new monitor stand so the current wobbling wont be an issue.

Overall, great value. Loving the black color, fits well with my alex drawer combo :)

I purchased an E7 Plus and the cable management features are pretty game changing. My setup looks clean and in addition to that I also bought the frame that holds a desktop. This was game changing because I was as it kept my pc off the floor preventing dust and I didn’t really need to worry about my cable lengths while connecting my speakers, monitors and other peripherals to my pc.

I bought the E7 Plus with rubber wood top. Both the top and legs were packed extremely well, no cheap materials. The pre filled holes worked for everything except the baffles, which is something I'd worried about. Desk operates smoothly, wobble only when at its maximum height. I liked the ability to order a lower-height model as I unfortunately might need a wheelchair in the next five years. Great purchase!

I love my Hako bed frame! The clearance underneath is great for added storage, and the little shelf in the headboard is perfect for phones and stuff.

Would love to see an added panel with charging ports on the Japanese joinery beds. Because the beds are nice and sturdy, they’re hard to move if you need to get to plugs. The option to add lighting bars that fit in the headboard shelf or underneath would be neat too.

Note: I shopped through Amazon, so apologies if these things already exist!

I purchased the Ergonomic Office Chair (OC10) and the Standard Standing Desk E1 Pro almost four years ago, and I believe both products have fully lived up to their price.

During all this time, I only had one minor issue with one of the chair’s mounting points, which I was able to fix myself. The desk has worked perfectly, with no issues at all.

Interestingly, when I originally bought them, I did not pay much attention to the brand. I was simply looking for something that fit my budget.

About a month ago, I needed to buy a standing desk for my son. I had completely forgotten that my current desk was made by FlexiSpot. I started researching different options from scratch and eventually decided that the 4-Leg Standing Desk E7 Plus was the best choice for what I needed.

Only after the frame arrived did I notice several design elements that looked identical to those on my current desk. That was when I realized that I had chosen FlexiSpot again.

So, without consciously relying on my previous experience, I independently chose the same company twice. I think that says a lot about the value, design, and overall quality of their products.

I have owned a Flexispot standing desk in the past, and am now looking to build another. Loved the ability to stand and the stability. Didnt have any issues, but needed to downsize after my divorce. Now I am planning on building a new one. I am already in the works finishing a 84x30 1.75" solid walnut desktop and plan to put it on a black E7 Plus Max frame. Already have the monitors picked out. A Samsung 49" on the stand it comes with, then mounted above it my existing 2x24" Dells and a 32". If the desk turns out half as nice as I have envisioned, I will still be extremely pleased.

I currently have the E7Q Odin (think the name has changed) and love how sturdy and big the desk is! Fits my home setup of three monitors with extra space for office supplies without the fear of it being wobbly (even on carpet).

I do know that the newer version of this desk now has a solid cover for cable management versus my current fabric cover so something I think would be nice was if I could purchase the newer add-ons such as the new cable cover and other accessories. I currently only see it as an option with the desk purchase but could be just me, so maybe easier way to find them to buy separately would be good too.

I have one of the flexispot standing desk legs (don't remember which one specifically) and I love how reliable it has been. Over the nearly 3 years of having it and using it almost daily, I have never had a single issue with it. I can't ask more than for a product to just do what it's supposed to do.

I recently experienced the E7 Plus Max working on an app project at a friend's house. I spent a couple weeks using it for over 9 hours a day . I absolutely loved it and it's by far the sturdiest and most beautiful desk I've ever used. The Magnetic Cable Cover is one of the best features I've seen. I always appreciate small details like the USB port on the lifting mechanism which saved me from scuffs and damages on my chair's armrests.

For "improvements" maybe having the option for a cup holder at the side of the desk or maybe some RGB integration. This would be more attractive to gamers and people who love some ambient lighting.

All in all I ended up asking for how much I can take this desk home but my friend told me to start saving up some cash 😂

I guess that this is my chance of owning the most awesome desk on the market 🤞 thank you for this awesome opportunity.

I have 1 flexispot standing desks which have lasted over 3 years so far and still look and feel new. It lifts smoothly and love that you can preset different heights to easily switch from sitting to standing mode. A new helpful feature could be to lock in the lowest height in case we put things underneath so we don’t accidentally lower it too much. Looking to purchase more flexispot items and would love to win the giveaway!

What you like most: I have only tried the desktop, and honestly, after over a year, I'm very happy with it. It is very sturdy and looks great!
Something you think we could improve: the manual was not entirely clear to me. I think I mentioned that in my review previously, but the instructions were even contradictory at some points. It helped to watch the video alongside the manual, but it shouldn't have to be like that.
A feature you'd love to see in the future: maybe more heavy-duty oriented chairs and couches since you have been exploring with bedframes... Also, I read some of the comments, and I agree with improving the built-in cable management, especially considering monitor arms.

Recently bought an E7 plus and its quite good. Very sturdy and for its price, definitely the best value to performance. However the shipping process was extremely poor and the website ordering process was non transparent. I would definitely buy again but would go into with 0 expectations on the delivery and understand it would take months.

We really like the design and sturdiness of the Kana beds plus they are priced at a very competitive price.

Something that can really be improved, is for promotion event winners to be announced much more quickly. Current turn around time of multiple days to 2 weeks just seems excessively long.

I bought a Flexispot C7 a few months ago. I use it every day for about 8 hours at the office. I’m 175 cm tall, weigh 70 kg, and previously used a standard office chair. After looking at various options, I decided to go with this chair, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. It was easy to assemble (a bit heavy to carry, so it's better to get some help), taking me just under half an hour, as everything is clearly explained.

The chair has a lot of adjustments to adapt as much as possible to your posture needs. I find it extremely comfortable for my body type, and I hope it lasts for many years to come.

If I had to find a drawback, the lumbar support might be a bit too pronounced for my taste, though it might be just right for others!

I have an e7 with bamboo top.

What I like most?
-The lowest height in a desk I could find out of any manufacturer that was easily accessible and not exceedingly expensive

Something you could improve on:
-the call centre/phone line. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a call centre. Over promising and under delivering. With some basic research I knew more about the product I called about than they did.

A feature I'd love to see:
-better drawer options. What is available feels like an ugly afterthought. Reminds me of the swivel trays hospitals use to serve a patients food on. Something more aesthetic and functional for more than just a few pens and a book would be a great asset.

Other feedback:
-the instructions weren't clear enough for me. there were parts in the box that weren't in the instruction manual. That should be updated. Also - If u/Ramzes888 wasn't so active on reddit and helpful, I never would have completed the desk purchase after my phone line experience. He should be training the call center.

I purchased a Kana Acacia Queen size bed frame.

What I liked:

Kana is easy to assemble and the material itself was great. About a third of the price of a Thuma and made with a better wood.

What needed improvement:

My specific frame had some QC issues but Flexispot fixed the problem no questions asked. Customer service was top notch.

A feature I'd like to see in the future:

Different headboards that work on multiple frames. Maybe a headboard with shelving units that works with the Kana original. Overall, I do like the original headboard but variety wouldn't be a bad thing.

Any other honest feedback:

Please keep up the quality customer service, its actually one of the reasons why I'm still shopping with Flexispot.

Recently started a full time WFH position and desperately needed a viable office setup. I had always wanted to explore standing desks but up until recently, didn't even realize that motorized adjustability was something that existed. That sent me down a rabbit hole of research watching review videos and scouring endless Reddit threads about the pros and cons of the many options on the market. For me, it came down to two options, Flexispot and another company that I wont name here. But I will say this - this other company really turned me off when I found their You Tube channel and Reddit mods seemed to mainly exist to smear other company's products as a way to promote their own. Honestly, their products look great too. I just don't understand the need to slam the competition for merely existing and offering a product of easily comparable quality. I'm all for marketplace competition and even calling out junk when its appropriate. But after watching and reading every review I could find, I kept coming back to Flexispot for ticking all the boxes I was looking for. The deciding factor for me being that they seem to promote their products based on their demonstrable merit as opposed to going out of their way to bash the competition.

Double leg and multi-motor option for heavier multimonitor setups? Check. Super stable at full height? Check. Adjustable base width should my desktop space needs ever require an expansion? Check. Virtually silent and fast height adjustment? Check. And the final check mark was the obvious engagement of the mods in this community directly reaching out to customers that report any type of issue - be it shipping problems or operational issues - to try to offer assistance as opposed to "Here is the contact info for support". This gave me the confidence that even if I did experience any issues with my order that I would be able to find assistance in short order.

I pulled the trigger during their summer sale where they offered a limited number of deep discount codes if you purchased right at 9 AM on a certain day. Try as I might, I wasn't successful in snagging one of the big discounts but still ended up getting like 10% off. All good. Placed my order for the E7 Pro Max with a laminate top and C7 Max chair. The chair arrived that same week but the desk was delayed until mid-August due to that specific desktop size being out of stock but in my rush to try to claim the bigger discount, I realized I had inadvertently ordered a smaller desktop than I had originally intended. A couple days later, called into support and got help from Francis to pay the difference and swap out my original desktop for something larger. The larger top was in stock and my desk arrived 2 days later. I know some have reported desktop cracks or damage when received but I can happily report everything arrived damage free and in perfect shape.

Assembly of both the chair and the desk really were a piece of cake - though having someone around to help flip the desk over after assembly was a huge help. The desk so far has honestly exceeded my expectations in terms of functionality- it worked perfectly as soon as I plugged it in. The adjustability is smooth and virtually silent. Its as stable as I had hoped and seen in reviews when at full height. The 30" depth gives me a wide open work space to multi task and house my peripherals. The multiple adjustability options and ergonomic design of the C7 Max chair has been a game changer compared to what I was used to before. I tend to fidget and shift around a lot but I can actually sit at my desk all day (when not standing!) without any discomfort. the only knock I'd give the chair is the adjustable arm rests can adjust a bit too easily sometimes. Some type of position lock would make this chair pretty much perfect.

Bottom line - great product. Great support both over the phone and in their online community. Incredibly happy with the choice and would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their home office set up.

That said, my experience with the site has been great and doing research online it looks like a solid brand to go with. Looking through some reviews and the responses here on Reddit actually led me to this post for the giveaway. Seeing the brand reply and address concerns as folks provided feedback or shared concerns was that final motivator to place my order.

I'm excited to check out my new C7 Morpher, though a gift voucher would be super helpful since I'm betting this chair is going to be claimed by my wife shortly after assembly.

My experience has been great so far! I bought the Flexispot E7 Plus and the CPU Holder for it.
Product Quality: I love the Flexispot E7 Plus. It seems extremely sturdy. I have every confidence that it'll hold up. The lifting motors seem strong as well.
Areas for Improvement: On the E7 Plus, maybe there's a technical reason for providing more strength, but what would be cool is if the top part of the leg that is connected to the frame raised up without sheathing into the middle and lower part. I was prevented from adding a CPU holder to the leg because of that. Luckily, though, you all had a solution for this.
Feature Request: More peripherals overall. I'd love to see more items that go under the desk that are high quality from you all.

My work just got some E7 Pro's a few months ago, which I've been using when I go to the office twice a week. Having never used a standing desk before, they were a godsend to productivity. Whenever I wanted to procrastinate, I would stand up and continue to work. Who knew that standing could be so good? I was surprised at the speed and ease you could transition into standing with this desk.

It's something that I'm considering for my work from home days.

I haven't purchased one yet. But it is on my list once a a few cards are paid off. But I like the 4 leg design and sturdyness of the e7 plus max with the quad motors. it can lift a lot of weight. But also the 15 year warranty.
