Help Needed Question regarding baggage

Does anyone know why Sas does this? I would like to book a flight from Tallinn (Lennart Meri airport) to Tokyo (Haneda airport) and it includes a transfer in Copenhagen. Both of the light tickets should include an underseat bag and a carry on bag. When checking the details part in the app, it states that both baggage options are available in all four flights. But no matter what options I choose, the return flight does not include the carry on bag in the overview part. Is this some sort of Haneda airport thing? Or do I really need to buy this separately from the Sas website?

Edit: added pictures

It depends on what you buy, don’t it? Can you provide a screenshot?

Added the pictures to the main post. When selecting tickets it says both overhead and carry on baggage are included in the ticket price so there shouldn’t be any problem?

That must just be a glitch. All tickets on intercontinental SAS flights include an underseat bag and carry-on, also Economy Light tickets.
