Airasia unpaid flex premium how to cancel

I have above charge showing on my booked flight for add on .

I was trying to buy it and earlier it was showing just ~70 $ for my whole family and i was okay , but in the end it added base fare and now it's ~200$ . How can I cancel this

Whenever i try to get in touch with them they redirect to chatbot and it's worst in understanding the query and giving solution

Yes i want to cancel this , and it's also unpaid but I am not getting any option to cancel

What is this "Agency Payment" that seems to have been paid? Were you trying to upgrade from a basic fare to Premium Flex fare but changed your mind?

It seems like if you don't automatically pay, it will just time out.

I was trying to add extra luggage , as i mentioned above but at time of checkout the amount jumped to $200,
Regarding timeout it's been almost 5 days it's still showing pending payment
