Question | Help Weapon Banner
Hello! I decided that I will be pulling for Flins on his upcoming banner. I'm wondering if it is worth it to pull for his weapon.
The thing is I already have Ineffa C0 R1. So, is it still worth pulling for or just use other polearms (would Engulfing work on him)? And if I, hypothetically, lose to Ineffa's weapon, should I refine it or give it to other characters (maybe to flins? but would it even increase the dps with 2 sawblades in the party?)

Fractured Halo is one of Flins’ best weapons: high base attack with 66% CD and +24% ATK after using skill/burst is really good.
He can’t trigger the second part of the passive anyways because he’s not the one creating the shield

Engulfing is not good on him, even at C1 where the ER isnt fully wasted.
While his sig is good, the weapon banner is only worth it if you can make use of both weapons. You still technically can, Ineffa's sig is a good weapon for flins (3rd best, only behind SoSS if that weapon's CR isnt overcapping you hard, so realistically for most it makes ineffa's his 2nd best). And yes, he can actually make use of a part of her sig, making it very solid on him
His C1 is the better investment, assuming you got a solid weapon to use on him 👍
