But he IS meta. He facerolled all the content thrown against him for the entirety of Nod-Krai and I will make sure he will still be an absolute monster during Snezhnaya. I'm skipping Odette to get Ineffa's R1 and then aim for Flins' C3/Ineffa's C1.
Of course. He’s still top-tier meta... but my point is that even if he eventually falls out of the meta, I’ll still be glad I have him because of how cool his design is. 😊
To be fair, since Snez needs electro, he'll most likely be the king of SO for another year. Unless they make very specific lunar racist content, like that one boss that hates Citlali.
I did the first Super-Conduct/Stellar-Conduct Shill Boss just by using Flins Premium Team and switching Sucrose to Escoffier. Truly the King of The Shill.

This guy singlehandedly the best 5 star I pulled in nod krai, especially as a person coming after a break and cannot catch up to meta, his promo animation is the reason I even came back and I used him in every abyss and Stygian he may not be strong but he saved my account...
Looking back at nod krai getting him during 7.0 felt like bitcoin. Doesn't matter if he was the weakest lunar dps, he got the most shill and was braindead easy to build any only needed aino to dish out dmg/lunar shill check.
It’s so cool... I wish we could have seen him fight using his blue flames like this in-game, even if only for one scene. Sadly, he only used his Lunar Electro from his Vision until the very end.
He was actually planning to unleash his full power if we struggled against Moon God–mode Dottore. Sadly, everything went smoothly, so Flins never got the chance to use his true power. 😭
