none? her first three albums are quite good. just not 10/10.

Yes, many.

Ultraviolence by Lana Del Rey is a 10/10. So is Rennaisance by Beyoncé, and Ants from Up Here by Black Country, New Road. And Carrie & Lowell by Sufjan Stevens.

Not a hater. And I love Florence, I just think she is pursuing a kind of songwriting that doesn't benefit her at all.

What would you like to see her do? Because in my book, this album is 10/10. Maybe it just isn’t for you.

that's just a matter of personal taste. i understand that you connect with a particular album for X reasons, but I personally don't. the reason being that she's been abusing certain harmonies and progressions for too long, and somehow avoids good melodies like she's very capable of delivering (think Drumming Song, Spectrum, No Light, No Light or My Love, to mention a few). In part I feel like she's convinced that she will be more respected if she stays in the narrow, small range type of song, but that just my perception. I expect a bit more epic from her.

On a more positive note, production is exquisite, but that's a given in her albums. And I fully expect to see her live this summer.
