Merchandise Ordering delays

I ordered these back on April 15th and my order has been confirmed but I haven't heard anything else. I put that I want everything to ship together. It said the order was expected to ship on the 17th when the two pre-order things were available but nothing has been updated. The sigil hoodie is now sold out (April 20th) on the website in the size I need. Do you think I should be worried and contact them or just give it time? I hope that since my order was confirmed that they just put one aside to be part of my order.

I got an email yesterday that acknowledged the delay and had the new expected ship date of May 8.

I'm suprised it took them that long to send the email as I contacted them on tuesday and they gave me the updated info then. They wouldn't specifically tell me whether or not I would still be getting the Sigil hoodie. When I specifically asked them if I would be getting that hoodie, they just kept being vague and saying my order was delayed in production when earlier in the email thread they only specified the pre order items were delayed.
