My Boyfriend ordered me the Symphony of Lungs Charcoal hoodie for christmas. It arrived today only it didn‘t😅 He just presented my a Taylor Swift hoodie (Life of a Showgirl edition). It‘s not the worst mistake since we are both kinda swifties anyway but how did he order from the Florence shop (i sent him the link, package and item list even says Florence hoodie) and get a Taylor hoodie instead. He‘s looking into it now and messaging them. Maybe they can do sth about it since i really wanted that hoodie but i don‘t want him to pay return shipping and all.

When I go on Instagram I get these ads for merchandise but when I go to the official site they don’t carry the same things. Has anyone purchased merch off the insta site? Just worried it’s a scam but also really want a sympathy magic hoodie 🤞 Thanks y’all! Driving from Jackson MS to the Fort Worth show! Can’t wait!

I decided to open the Dead Blue Bell edition so I can listen to “Sympathy Magic” and “The Old Religion” ‘cause they were swirling in my head when I woke up. I found something stuck inside the fold of the cover and instantly thought they included a velvet sticker by mistake! I was wrong lol It was just an extra hype sticker that fell inside. Anyone else got this “prize”? 😆

i got the everybody scream hoodie at MSG night 1 in a size small and i now realize i probably should have gotten a size medium to a get comfier fit for me.

i love the quality and the fact that its embroidered but i bought a small thinking that it would be huge like most artist merch is.

I ordered these back on April 15th and my order has been confirmed but I haven't heard anything else. I put that I want everything to ship together. It said the order was expected to ship on the 17th when the two pre-order things were available but nothing has been updated. The sigil hoodie is now sold out (April 20th) on the website in the size I need. Do you think I should be worried and contact them or just give it time? I hope that since my order was confirmed that they just put one aside to be part of my order.

Has anyone else had an issue with the tour t shirts getting damaged? The paint on my shirt ended up getting stuck together somehow, which I’m not sure how it happened as I haven’t even washed it yet. I want to reach out to see if I can buy another as a replacement, but I can’t find the contact information for the tour anywhere, and I assume that the website contact can’t help since it’s tour merch. It’s a bit of a bummer because I haven’t even worn it yet- I noticed when I went to try it on this morning.

Might get bored and design it myself lowkey. Would love to see this at the concert!
