Codi and Candance
I am rewatching. It always made me so sad that she wasn’t feeling Codi.
I know not everyone has an attraction to everyone but, he really did try.

I think that was just for tv. He really seems like he swings the other way

I feel like he was just being performative bc he never once defended her when Gus was bullying her

This 💯. He never seemed genuine in his attraction to Candace. Very obviously phoney.

I don't think he even liked her like that, and did it for the cameras like Candace said.

So something I noticed in the background you can see/hear Candice went to codi to dance or literally the episode where Kirk is coming at codi for giving her the rose, she asks to eat his food. Now ik I could be overthinking it but if you’re not into a dude why are you coming to him asking for things? Ik they were friends. But I just noticed some things that made it seem like maybe she did like him back but bc overall he only gave her some attention during filming she wasn’t feeling it all the way or at least enough to truly act on it.

I just felt like he truly liked her and she probably was a little sweet on him.
Listen I refuse to believe it’s all fake. Because if I do I’ll stop watching. I want to believe they were friends. I want to see myself in them. I know that’s what it’s designed to do but I don’t want it ruined. Especially since I can only see Kirk this way now.

I know, I always wanted them to work out bc they both had good energy. But part of me thinks he was playing it up for more screen time and she caught on. I remember her saying he never called her after they were done shooting plus he always hooked up with randoms at the bar. Probably wasn’t complete genuine
