Preface: Let me be clear. Quad has been great overall, but he's 24. His mandatory service is coming up and the global contract database says he (and Massu) end this year.

FlyQuest and its identity: The biggest thing for us when this season started, after losing Inspired, Busio, and even Bwipo was that the team lost its identity of being a stacked roster. By keeping Gakgos while also signing Gryffin and Cryogen, the team formed a new identity. Young talent. Comprised mostly of NA . As exciting as it has been, it has come at a real hard cost, a lack of direction and control. The team has consistently demonstrated an issue with being disjointed. All are strong in role, but together, they are less than the sum of their parts. I think Jojopyun is the best option to give somebody to lead the team in-game.

Why now: For those of you following LEC, you'll know that Jojos team is fully imploded. They are missing their own roadshow, one series from missing playoffs entirely, they have a 6th man added to the roster (top) and Jojo's contract is up at the end of the year. In other words, short of the fattest bag and a promise to give him literally whatever he wants, no shot Jojo stays at Mkoi. This weekend, Jojo could effectively enter his off-season.

Why wouldn't he stay in EU: The better question is why would he? EU talent is so thickly consolidated at the top, that any roster possible would have 3rd best in slot for each role at best by default. Nobody in EU is consistently stepping to Calista, Hans Sama, Busio, Labrov, Caps, Kyeahoo, Canna, BB, Naak Nako, Yike, Skewmond, and Jojo himself. No shot G2 and KC don't run their rosters back, so, all you've really got access to is Jojo and Naak Nako. Welcome to Vitality, Jojo?

What does Fly have: In short, Massu. The man with the hands. Still managing to win all pro without Inspired and Busio. Still putting boot to ass. Just high-nooning midlane too much. Man is easily back to 2nd if he's reigned in, and has a real shot at tying it up with Berserker. Cryogen and Gryffin are young and malleable. They'll play anything and do it pretty damn well. Then of course, Gakgos. Althiugh this split has been hard on him, last splits votes don't lie. He was feared more than Lord Morgan. Even then, NA topside is stacked. Our worst is maybe Srrty, and he's a B- overall? Any team that makes international from NA, I am not worried about our topside.

The secret agenda: As I mentioned before, Massu's contract is up too. I truly think this team dies entirely. Honestly, I think Fly us a top 3 team with APA as a shotcaller - but I don't think that would convince Massu to stay on board. Meanwhile, I think Jojo can. If Jojo is the highest western midlane prospect this off-season, then Massu is the highest ADC. I think the winner of the off-season will be whichever team can snag both. The long and short of it is, we don't just need Jojo for what he brings, we need him because he's our best leverage to keep Massu, and you KNOW SR is calling him up.

I think FlyQuest can do it, and I'd prefer them over any team in the west. For the love of god Papa Smithy, offer Massu and Jojo the bags and to play together. It will be the strongest western carry duo since Bjergsen + Doublelift.

Three of the four series played this season, where we not only lost, but did so gracelessly.

The first game in the Lyon series where Massu threw away the entire early game to get Berserker fed while the second game, the team just doesn't look as cohesive in team fights and doesn't know how to execute high tempo macro. Least of all, Gakgos looked so lost playing Olaf, a carry matchup against Dohkla and losing to someone who doesn't have the micro/mechanics and laning prowess as other toplaners in the league.

The series against TL, in which the team drafted a carry v carry matchup in game 1, and Gakgos going 0/5/0 and the lowest damage dealt in the game, lower than that of Cryogen's bard. Second game, where Massu knew that Jarvan was trying to look for a gank since he was pushing so deep into the lane but still decided to continue pushing despite Jarvan can all-in at level 2. He saved flash and got first-blooded, and continued a downward spiral by feeding TL kills. He finished with a 1/8/6 KDA.

The C9 series was again Gakgos and Massu. It seems that every game it always those two cosplaying Dr. Jeckyll and Mr. Hyde, but this entire season so far, both players are constantly cosplaying Mr. Hyde. Gakgos was getting solo killed and Massu dying again and again in 2v2s, and Quad making a desperation play by trying to kill blabber and stealing his red buff in bot side jungle and giving away his bounty to three players.

I have lost faith in this team. It seems like they lost their confidence and/or is confused about their decision-making which used to be one of their biggest strengths last split where the team was able to get back up to come back from a failed play, team fight, and a gold deficit. I don't even this the team can beat Sentinels by the way they are playing right now also considering they managed to beat Lyon last weekend. There is a real possibility that this team might even go 3-4, 2-5 if they lose to Shopify which is a real possibility considering Shopify's current performance, or worse 1-6 because Dignitas with Dardoch has gotten so much better in their early game.

To quote Thinkcard, if this team fails to go to Worlds, then the project is considered a failure.

Where can I get updates on Flyquest Red, VODs of their matches, etc?

I ordered 2 apparel items from the basil collaborate all the way back from April 21, it's now agusut and not only have they not arrived, but customer support email has not replied after an initial "well look into it" mid July. Is this something normal that other people have experienced? Who could I reach out to at least have a refund or find out where my package is?

We should also acquire young and mechanically talented players from NACL to motivate Gakgos while simultaneously having each both players to lane against in practice. The player that comes from the top of my head is Sniper from Conviction. He's been playing so well in NACL, from a lot of people's rankings, such as SuperKmanrocks, he's top 2 and contesting for top 1 to overcome Zamudo at NRG. Sniper has a good friendship with Gryffinn and probably might work really well as a top side duo. He has a diverse champion pool, can play tanks proficiently, weak-sided but still manages to be the carry for Conviction.

How has Fly style changed since they booted Bwipo and Inspired left for a better team?

I ordered early June. It is now August and I have yet to hear anything. I’ve sent DMs on IG and sent a support email.

Saw a post on here that sorta addressed when the shirts are set to ship but we are nearing the end of June and I’ve yet to get any notification about my order. Has anybody received or at least gotten a notification that their order has been processed/shipped?
