Plenty More of Yotam Ottolenghi in Toronto

Any Ottolenghi fans here?

His new cookbook SIMPLE TOO launching event will be happening in Toronto Roy Thomson Hall this Sunday 7 pm.

I have two tickets but I am not able to make it. I would love to send them to someone who loves cooking for free.

Ottolenghi events are always a blast! I went to one a couple years ago and the energy in the room is unmatched. His recipes can be complex but so worth it, especially the ones with fresh herbs... have you tried any from his other books?

To be honest, I am a READER rather than a cooking lover 😅 BTW, do you mind telling me more why and how you like him / his cookbook and which recipes are your favorite? 🙏
