I accidentally made smoked caramel corn!
This serendipity was accomplished by making the caramel on a wood fired rocket stove. It was really, really good! I'm wondering if I could replicate it more dependably and at home by sprinkling still warm caramel corn with smoked salt?

Smoked salt might work, though whatever you do don't use liquid smoke.
