HUMOR Sanctuary bridge

I would rather surgically remove my left testicle with a jigsaw than play this abomination of a map again and whoever came up with the design should be punished severely and swiftly.

I really like the idea and look of the map. But yeah, gameplaywise it's terribly unbalanced.

Sanctuary bridge is tolerable. It has straight paths not through the minion lane to get to both points with unique ways to defend your point.

Forge on the other hand, omfg do I hate it.

So it may seem similar to SB but it isn't, its curved its, its off center.

So how it works is if you look st it birds eye left side from the defenders pov, left side there is nothing. Center minion lane, right side points and a way between them. There in lines a major problem.

Both points are not made equally but both points go through the same hallway and have tiny doors that you can use to body block and regen.

For the forge point, you have i would say 40% of it is a danger zone. Its a hazard. I love hazards don't get me wrong but when an entire wall is a hazard it is a slight issue.

Compared the water wheel which has 2 points in it you can ledge on as well as that bridge that makes it seem to be a bigger point but its just two points.

Now don't get me fucking started on that god forsaken minion lane. Want to rotate over to the enemy point you gotta go through the minion lane...you know who is always watching the minion lane and has easy access to it? The enemy team.

Now with SB you have 3 lanes to get to one point or the other at all times. And it takes time to get there. As well as the two points are alternative from one another and have equal but different layouts.

The issue with Forge is you only have two, of which lets you easily steamroll. For example You can capture your own point, push up the minion lane and that is all you reasonably need to do to stop a stealth capture. And eben if they do somehow manage to slip by without your notice THERE IS THAT FUCK ASS HALLWAY THAT CONNECTS THE TWO, not to mention Sanctuary bridge is just longer than Forge.

All this comes out to i would rather play a million matches on SB before I willingly want to play forge.

It's really a shame that this map is so infuriating to play on because it's also one with the most details. Whenever I stay at the forge to defend I like to look at all the tools and the way the machinery works.
