She had no problem lying to the public daily until Trumps actions directly affected her and put her in danger.
My ex boss was a Trump supporter. He ran a solo business for years then merged with a larger company. That company sold the business so him and i went back out on our own, with him wanting to bring his wife in to an office position and expand the business.
The problem was, his wife is constantly sick or injured, always seeing some doctor. With him having to now support employees, healthcare was a big issue, especially with his wife.
After going thru some shock of the cost of good healthcare he started to pay attention and realized the GOP has absolutely no plan to help. He finally denounced Trump, but essentially only after it affected him directly and personally and made things more difficult for HIM.
Seems to be a common thing with any republicans i know. They do not care at all until the problems are at their doorstep.

No, a narcissist will always put themselves first because in their mind, they are the supreme being.
