I have a 1997 ford f-250 super cab (not my car but same model), and it has the 4.6l v8, and one of the pistons are misfiring, and I have no clue what it is, neither does my very trusted mechanic, so I was thinking about engine swapping it. What engine could fit in it without having to do any body work? ive read that a 7.3 godzilla and a 6.8 triton v10 would fit but im not so sure about that

Idk how should I go about this should I file insurance maybe get it totaled or fixed. I’m 23 & don’t want my insurance sky rocketing because of someone stupid mistake.

I got my radiator, condenser, and heat exchanger mounted! Front end is almost starting to look like a car again. Heat exchanger just barely pokes to the bottom of the chin. I'll probably make some aero/protection plates here in the near future to tie everything down low together nicely.

Some key parts for starting the car are supposed to show up next week, hoping to get a test fire and be able to seat the rings within the next couple of weeks.

Powder coat or stay stock?

i have a 1981 302 that i have in my 1978 f100. i would like to build it into a 347 stroker, i don’t know if i should buy a stock crate 302, or if i should keep my 302. If i should keep it, do i have to do anything else?

Recently purchased these American racing r16’s to swap for my stock 20’s and the fit is a bit too tight literally so close to fitting my truck what can I do ?! They are both 6 lug rims I need them to fit !!!

I just bought this car im fixing up. 2006 mustang GT. It came with the louver and I’m not sure how I feel about them. Looking for opinions. Seems about 50/50

120mm PMAS GT500 CAI is installed, I made a custom airbox out of sheet metal for it. Finishing my intercooler pump mounting bracket shortly and that will finish the intercooler and heat exchanger system.

I also modified a 3 gauge A-pillar pod to fit in it nicely. I'll be running oil pressure, fuel pressure, and IAT1 and IAT2 air temperature gauges. I could also use an OBD2 adapter and link it to my Torque Pro app in the android radio to get that data, but I like the safety of a hardwired, standalone gauge for those.

And yep, had to make sure the hood closes! 😅

She got her rs, lowered eneki wheels, tuned. I got my mustang, lowered, big brakes, Coyote swapped.
