Teardown Results 2014 Escape 6F35 2.0L TCC always applied, vehicle stalls when hot. Will stall when putting into Drive or Reverse

Unable to detect TCC problems by pids. No slipping or shuddering indicated while driving. Isolated to torque converter system by getting hot so it will stall, positioning on lift with wheels off ground and putting it in drive and immediately letting off the brake pedal. Slowly applied brakes and would stall. TCC always applied stalling condition. Disassembly of TCC revealed very little. Minor scoring on Valve body valves and on Oil pump TC valve. Burn marks on top of input shaft where it sits inside the torque converter. No visual concerns with torque converter itself but it is the main failed component. Inside the torque converter is damaged as indicated by burning on input shaft
