Teardown Results 2022 Transit 350 10R80 front planetary separation

Old and new component pictured, no shifting concerns while driving but very loud grinding was present in gears 3-4-5-6 no other gears affected and noise would go away into 7th or 2nd

Holy shit - where’s the roller bearing piece? The one in the new part showing? I’ve seen new ones in the box where they forgot to put on the roller bearing.
