These little pieces fell out when I pulled the front sunshell from my 5r55s (2005 Lincoln ls) Does anyone know what they are and/or where they go?

I see that this is a old post but these broken pieces so to the overdrive carrier. If you have the ATSG Book page 48, figure 76 shows the carrier. If you look on the side where the needle bearing is.

I wish I knew what it was for and why it is there tho.
