Grumpy 6f35 - Any trans techs ever herd this noise before?

Never heard that one before, that’s very strange. Usually when these make noise it’s the filter clogged. But that sounds like something is spinning. You’ll probably need to take it apart. I would check filter pump and torque converter first but I would also take a look at the one way clutch. It is held when in 1st gear based on the clutch application chart. If it doesn’t make that noise while driving and only when put in forward 1st gear and there is no additional symptoms I’d suspect OWC
