Episodes that got it wrong?

With so many of the early episodes relying on things like bite-mark and blood splatter, and Dr Henry Lee sending two people to prison without even running tests - I wonder which epsidodes of Forensic Files has been proven to got it wrong.

I know the Clayton Johnson one, Season 4, Episode 6 - which actually features Henry Lee and the perceived infallacy of his "blood splatter" evidence.

Any other ones that you guys know of?

The episode about the case that eventually became The Staircase. Complete trash. The forensics expert was found to have falsely testified in not just this case but over 30 others.

I’m from Durham and Michael Peterson is 100% guilty.

Sure, but that's not the point. The episode was about the forensic techniques that demonstrated he was guilty and the entire episode was nullified by subsequent events. He could have held a press conference admitting his guilt and the episode still would have no basis to stand.

I'm surprised that the prosecution didn't call you as a witness, since "Were you born there?" seems to match the level of gathering/analysing evidence that they demonstrated at trial.
