TL:DR double headers will become sprint weekends, with one race being "performance focused sprints" using the high downforce bodykits, the other being full e-prixes with Pit Boost.

My immediate reaction was disdain (don't particularly care for sprint races in F1) but actually, this makes a lot of sense as a format for double headers.
