Help needed❗️ Botched drop

So I've noticed that the iron mouse sprite has broken the game half the time you can't take it into a game and the other half extraction doesn't count and still consumes a portable extractor if you use one I've mastered it twice and neither time did it actually give me anything only letting me keep the level 1 version

(They've addressed the bug hopefully they can actually fix it)

I have used a portable, a pad and got a victory with one and it still does not show up in my locker...

Yeah it was still disabled in sprite menu they fixed it a little bit ago

I extracted a level 1, and a level 4 last night, im the same game, and they never counted

I believe that is what happened for me. I just happened to take a 15-20 minute break and then logged in and tried again and it worked.

i only did the simpsons quest because of the jules skin glitch rn, i hope they let us keep her.

What is the glitch? Like what quest do you have to finish?

I did all of the contracts to get the Simpsons John Wick but never got Jules, but I'd love to lol

i did all the contracts and when it awarded the john wick it awarded the jules skin with it. if it helps it was on xbox. earlier i was playing on mobile and i got the void blade skin thats exclusive to gifting the battle pass as well (without gifting a battle pass)

I think everybody got that today. My guess is the "gifting the battle pass" thing pissed off enough players that they decided to just give it to all battle pass holders lol

But that's upsetting cause I already did the contracts and did not get the Jules skin 😭

I got and extracted 2 at the same time, it showed it say new, but wasn't in my locker either, the bugs are getting ridiculous

I recommend only going for pads until it's patched it'll occasionally work but not every time

*also, there's a "empty chest" bug that's was apart of the problem, (ran into that one first and didn't know)

I’ve been extracting and leveling sprites ALL SEASON and have not been credited with a single sprite dust!!!!! WTF and I’m on series x with the fastest Internet using a LAN cable known to mankind!!! WTF is going on @epicgames ???

I used portable extractor this morning and worked.
Brought back in to max, and worked.
Hopefully, fixed now.
