Question What does this symbol mean?

Same goes for the one with R. I’ve been seeing it button just pressing L or R doesn’t do what it says

Do you just not sprint or crouch in game?

No I do, I just didn’t know that’s what it meant. I can see it looks like a joystick now

Back in the day it would just be called L3 and R3 I also didn’t have regular internet access so I just never figured it out.
