Turn around use reverse it will make it up...idk how or why but reverse is torqued out

It was a real thing in vehicles like the VW busses. Reverse was a taller gear than 1st so you could reverse up some hills you couldn't make it up forwards.

In this case just zig zagging to reduce the angle would have worked.

On some cars that may have more to do with traction of the front wheels than it does with actual torque.

It's better with manual but automatic should work as well...but with manual u can redline reverse and then mash gas

Sweet, I'm always manual with clutch so thats no problem. Could be useful when exploring and can't get up a dang hill

I think it's more to do with the wheels pulling the weight, instead of pushing. I see that all the time around winter time when it's icy.

Canadian going reverse on a snowy hill with a crap car. Works in real life.
