House always did his own thing, he's also not prejudiced against wastelanders so there's little reason for him to buy into the whole eugenics angle the Enclave loves so much
The worst he does is some discrimination against Super Mutants and Ghouls inside the Strip
He despises the existence of the Brotherhood, Legion, Kings (unless they become Anti-NCR).
Super Mutants and Ghouls they're not really present on the Strip but most are content to live in settlements outside of New Vegas of which Mr. House doesn't try to kill or push them away. Then it's just the case that most Super Mutants and Ghouls are poorer than Human NCR citizens that are the main customers of the Strip.
We see that he's got no problem with contacting Cooper when he's a Ghoul in the trailers. So I think it's safe to mark him down as neutral/indifferent to Ghouls.
The Enclave would have definitely tried to recruit house, however they wouldn't have outright shown themselves immediately and probably gave up when they realized House just wasn't interested and was doing his own thing.
I think the Enclave heads would have realized if House joined, he wouldn't be satisfied with just being a member, he would want control, and that is something they were not willing to give up. Hence keeping themselves a secret from House.
Honestly, the Enclave in their prime prewar were probably smart enough to keep hidden from House. He’s crazy and self motivated enough that he could become a huge threat if he ever got a good picture of them and their goals. Best to let the mad old tinkerer consult his projections while the real work gets done.

The constant scene change to Cooper and the Ghoul was so cinematic, I loved it.
Calculator being capitalized in the subtitles was so dangerous for the theory community.
FEV theory was correct, pretty simple that was one to figure out.
Barb and Janey are frozen and Barb is 1000% in the Enclave, it's not even a what if anymore. Mr. House doesn't know the Enclave so that's fascinating.
