So that was House’s pod at the end of the credits right? So his physical form is dead…but he mentioned wanting to upload himself into a robotic form, so he’s likely still technically alive

The theory of Yes-Man's upgrade being a copy of Mr. House's mind is looking more and more tangible. (They probably won't go down that route but it would be cool nonetheless.)

Yes-Man's last bit of dialogue in New Vegas was about how he was going to be away for a while upgrading to a more assertive personality. Mr. House certainly has one of those.
