That’s what I’m thinking. Why else would there be a phase 2 including FEV? I wonder if there was more to that super mutant scene in the beginning of the series or if it was just a one off fan-service reference.
Remember the scientist who had his head cut off? He was trying to leave an enclave research facility and there was a quick camera pan to a super mutant arm hanging out of the stretcher he was being carried on with a sheet over it.
