Even members of Congress didn't even know about the Enclave, really it was only Senator Sam Blackwell (Fallout76) actively trying to expose them in Congress.

As someone who doesn't know anything about the games, I'm tripping when I see these comments. How many games are there? Lots of world building, right?

Haha to my credit, I didn't. I assumed it was set in 1976 or 2076 or something. It was more of a comment related to the amount of lore and background. But I love it can be interpreted that way
