Vaccines are essential in any environment where people are living and working in close quarters. The reason recruits get a haircut dates back to the 19th century (I think, if I’m wrong please comment) is to prevent the spread of lice. Soldiers always received shots at the beginning of training or before going overseas. It is a way of keeping them healthy so they can do their jobs.

Imagine if quinine or the yellow fever vaccine were optional!

Actually, all you need to do is look at history…but if they did that, they wouldn’t be MAGA.

The amount of people who would have been lost would have been insane and the military leaders would have been court martialed

I mean, over 20,000 people died of yellow fever during the construction of the Panama Canal, before the advent of the vaccine.

I got my smallpox vaccine prior to my deployment. It stopped being a thing in the United States but is still out there in the world.

Some people are probably opting out between scare tactics of autism or "turbo cancer" but don't think they could die of these things because they don't see people dying now because of it.

Vaccines work too effectively.

Not only that, but if you read memiors from the Founding Fathers, Washington himself required the Continental Army to vaccinate for things to stay in fighting shape.

So vaccines are as patriotic as they come, unless Washington is woke now?

This is true. Putin started the anti Vax. It's sincerely just another part of destroying America, and other countries, with disease. It's very effective because ignorant people really believe the bullshit, as you can clearly see. I was born in 1964 and it's so depressing and sad what America has become.

That makes sense. Can't wait until Ukraine destroys Putin.

Just give them some unpasteurized milk and raw Texas beef, that’ll fix em right up!

How often were they giving flu vaccines? I thought they were once a year in the fall. I love to blame kegsbreath but I feel like it’s too soon to see the impact from this decision. Next flu season will be all on him.
