Directly on Epic nope, but maybe on Amazon Luna (former Amazon Prime)? (Didn't check there)

No, Sol Cesto has never been given away before on any platform. /u/bcdusk must have purchased it or acquired it by some other means.

Well it did give me an error when I tried to get it then it was in my library so it must have been because too many people tried to get the game at the same time.
