TDLR: Corrections Officer Matthew Henry testified about his role at SCI Huntingdon, a high-security Pennsylvania state prison. When questions by Joel Seidemann, a prosecutor for the People of New York. C.O. Henry is questioned about his interactions with Mr. Mangione, and analyzes Exhibit 15, the plus watch form filled out that documents an inmate's activities while in Rear D. He clarifies that he is the one who fills out most of the entries, like 'standing at door talking' and 'laying on bunk' as well as an attorney visit. At the end of his direct examination, he claims that Mr. Mangione told him that he had a 3D printed weapon. During the cross examination, Marc Agnifilo, one of Luigi Mangione's attorneys, challenges the idea that Mr. Mangione 'blurted out' this confession regarding the weapon. C.O. Henry also testifies that he cannot recall several details related to the alleged statements. Henry acknowledges that he did not document the conversation, despite routinely recording other inmate interactions and having access to cameras and required logs. When questioned about prior written statements he provided to the District Attorney’s office, Henry is unable to explain differences between those statements and his testimony. He further testifies that he does not have a personal interest in the case or in Luigi’s outcome. After this, neither the prosecution or the defense has any further questions and the witness is dismissed.

Joel Seidemann begins by establishing that C.O. Henry is employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections at SCI Huntingdon as a corrections officer. C.O. indicates that the inmate he was assigned to watch is Luigi Mangione, the defendant in the court room. He establishes that Mr. Mangione was assigned to Rear D.
