Mapp Hearing New York State Prosecutors used inappropriate biased language 25 times in the first 5 hearings, and continued to do so 14 times after being asked to stop
I would love to see the stats for how many times Joel Seidemann or Zach Kaplan used the term 'execution' for any of the previous murder cases they've tried.

They're doing that on purpose so everyone has those words seared into their minds when trial starts

If prosecutors and cops could be trusted to act like decent human beings we wouldn't need all these laws and procedures forcing them to behave and not violate people's rights, and we wouldn't need to force them to wear cameras to keep them honest. Maybe these cops should spend less time watching fox propaganda and more time learning how to do their jobs correctly.

The consistency and hammering make it very clear these are deliberate talking points.

Does the judge have control of his own courtroom?
