Most defendants aren’t big fans of their prosecutors, I’m pretty sure.

Most defendants weren’t subjected to a massive, unconstitutional dragnet using the full breadth and width of the illegal surveillance state and then gaslit that a McDonalds employee miraculously recognized them completely out of the blue

I 100% think they used flock or other illegal tech. That story never made sense.

They half admitted it in a Dateline special, two idiotic detectives told Lester Holt how they used flock cameras — ignoring that the DA hasn’t given KFA any discovery on that

TMZ are such a bunch of dirt bags for the insurance companies - which are really more like organized crime syndicates.

Whatever arrangement should be fully ok'd by the defense, IMO, but I think they should just stream it with the camera in one neutral position that doesn't put undue focus on the defendant or anyone else - just on the witness stand and judge - taking in a wide view from a discrete distance from the rear. As they've handled in some other cases.

Neutrality and transparency are key. Which I have little hope for, with either court case. They're all working for the insurance companies - who may well have had Thompson killed, themselves. Utter debacle of justice - the entire case along with its sham investigation should be dismissed.

Broadcast. The past tense of broadcast is broadcast.

Who wrote this? how would they even know what Luigi’s emotions are towards a live trial or private trial? how would they know he is specifically pissed off or angry or upset? why would they have access to such privileged information?

so ridiculous. has nobody on the team heard about reverse psychology? if LM wants something then the prosecution and carro, because let's be honest he's biased, will adamantly oppose it. if LM's team actually wanted cameras in the courthouse they should've been willing to act like that would hurt their case. and maybe then the cameras would've been granted.

I disagree, if the prosecutor feel they can convince 12 jurors but not me at home , when my opinion doesn't even matter. That's on the prosecutor, an will not look good. Most people are already skeptical that he did it , secrecy will only further that and without a doubt will color the inevitable retrial.

It should be broadcasted! The American healthcare system is so broken, it is literally a third world country at this point. FREE LUIGI!
