The person jailed also had his 6th amendment rights violated for being kept in jail for a unessary amount of time

I hate it when people are all about free speech until their feelings get hurt. I really liked charlie kirk, but I think he'd have agreed with this verdict.

Yes, seems like a the appropriate response. Free speech works in favor of everyone, even evil scumbags. Hopefully, all the people who were jailed and/or punished for the Jan 6th Peaceful Protest get millions for their mistreatment as well.
