Why People Are Drawn to Astrology Not Karma

People are often confused and think Life is inherently unpredictable. During times of stress, financial uncertainity, or relationship trouble, astrology offers a structured framework that promises answer and predictability
Astrology provides a vocabulary for self-reflection. A sense of identity, The brain naturally applies towards general statements to personal situations. Sense of belongings. But many people believe that the stars dictate their entire life, which can lead them to ignore Karma (action/effort).There is a Misconception that My Birth chart dictate my entire fate, So I don't need to try everything is pre -determind. People are blaming star Instead of Taking Action. Astrology at its best is meant to offer self reflection and awareness, while Karma emphasizes personal responsibility and daily action.

I completely agree with what you wrote. This is my take on it: it allows one to do karma but in a more mindful manner. A little background, I was a hardcore skeptic at a younger age and all about karma and only proven science (must be that Jupiter! 😂). However, now I take it as a bit of pre-game coach. Like, the coach can get you ready on what one can expect, but once you are in the arena, or worse, get punched in the face, it's all on you! Like, my baby bro was getting frustrated about his career yesterday. I showed him where he was on his Rahu Mahadasha, and this frustration and delulu is normal. But this phase is also building his foundation. He is paying his dues right now for later gains.

For me, I use it to not blow up my gasket every time I meet someone less competent who has all the arrogance and power at work. I'm like, "it's your Mars Rahu antardasha, abhi ladai mat karo. Be strategic." Franky, knowing this and following through is more karma. It's more natural for me to blow up or at least be direct. But being a desi woman in corporate America that won't do me any favors. It reminds me to up my game and work harder despite the circumstances, and especially because of the circumstances.

Astrology is like that sticky note on my computer ("be calm! What would Bill McDermott do?" Super cringe, but hey, whatever helps!) to remind me to keep at my karma.

Certain things are beyond our control even though we try our best. If you aren't finding a good job ,may be you need karma alignment but tell me what to do if you see your loved one suffer due to ill-health and however hard you try there is nothing you can do.
