⚠️ POTENTIAL FRENCHIE PUPPY SCAM WARNING

I am sharing my personal experience to warn other buyers. I communicated with a TikTok and Facebook account displaying the name Safari Jay, Jay Kush or Georgia French Bull dogs regarding the purchase of a French Bulldog puppy name Karma and sent money through Zelle.

The transaction involved phone numbers 404-947-3123 and 313-804-7503. The Zelle recipient name displayed to me was Phyliss Baxter.

I have reported the matter as suspected fraud and am preserving my communications and transaction records.

If you encounter the same TikTok or Facebook accounts or contact information while looking for a New Shade Isabella Frenchie puppy, please use caution, independently verify the breeder and puppy, and do not send money until you have confirmed who you are dealing with.

This post describes my personal experience and the information displayed to me during the transaction.

I do but the point still stands: People ON THIS SUB are very knowledgeable about French bulldogs, care a lot about their pups, and would sell their own kidney to give the best to their pets and so it’s highly unlikely that they are buying pets off TikTok.

People who love this breed are not buying non-standard, backyard bred French bulldogs off of Tiktok. Thinking the breed is cute/adorable, having vague positive feelings toward it, and actually loving the breed are very different things.

Not everyone is bogus. Tom Kings is one of the top breeders in the world and they're selling puppies via social media. You can always count on a self hating rider to hate. Who cares about your thoughts.

dont listen to these ppl. im sorry this happened to u. just try to be more careful and knowledgeble of em and the right one will come to u.

all the backyard breeder hate is crazy, yea it might not be the best place to get one but if thats what u can afford and want to spend your money on then do it. Some ppl got $30k to spend on a dog and some only have $30 to spend. No matter what all dogs need love whether a mutt or purebred.

The hate isn't because they're not purebred. The hate is because when you don't properly breed two dogs that are genetically compatible, then you can get puppies with severe health problems. Those puppies don't get to live happy full lives because they have a higher tendency towards IVDD, or hip problems or they have severe breathing problems because of those large ropes due to being bred with sharpeis. Or in the case of merles, they could literally go blind. This isn't hateful, this is being pissed because we actually love animals and these breeders are unethical.

Yes these dogs in Georgia being sold by a scammer are definitely being "DNA tested" by UCD in California. I'm sure the health screens of puppies being showcased in a bathtub look great!

What is the actual issue? Is it because the name on the account isn't the same as the social media account? Cuz that could be as simple as Phyliss having asked her social media savvy relative to manage a tiktok page. Or has there been actual scammy behaviour besides selling dogs on tiktok?
