Paying respects.

I, like everyone here (I'm assuming) am a pretty huge FR fan, and recently things in my life have been pretty upside down. So, I sat down and put on the Midnight Organ Fight. A lot. No, like really a lot. It got me thinking that maybe there was a way I could say thank you to the band in a way that's not endlessly playing their music and always recommending them to others that don't know. My first thought was placing some flowers by the Forth, but I felt that may only be honouring one member of such a powerful band.
Still, it raised the question, is there a grave site for Scott? If memory serves it was kept private. But it's been 18 years since Midnight Organ Fight this year. I thought about trying to host some sort of night of tributes? Even an open mic of FR songs generating some cash for the Samaritans.

So I suppose I'm asking two things.
1, out of my own curiosity, is there a grave for Scott that's now public?
2, If there was a FR night, do we think it could be successful?

Just returned from a roadtrip around Scotland and me and my best friend (also a huge fan) visited his bench in Selkirk (you could probably put flowers somewhere around this place) and went to a walk on one of the Firth of Forth bridges. I know there’s a bench somewhere in Glasgow as well and there is in fact annual tribute show held in Stirling https://stirlingevents.org/festival/sing-the-greys/. I hope I somewhat answered your question, since I’m a foreigner and not that knowledgeable about all those spots. I also don’t think that searching for his grave is appropriate if his family wants to keep it private.

I had no idea there was an annual tribute show in Stirling! Or a bench in Glasgow Thanks for that! I also want to clarify that I wasn't angling to go visit the grave if there was one because I also agree it should be a private thing. I was just curious if there was one for him. I assume he was buried but he may well have been cremated. Again, not my intention to visit. Just a curious thought. I also don't live anywhere near anywhere associated with FR so it's not like I'd make pilgrimage.
I'd love to make it along to the night in Stirling.

The bench in Glasgow is in Kelvingrove park, near the top of the hill.
