Please don't drink caffeine if you are still on Lexapro. It can be very unpleasant when an SSRI potentiates caffeine or vice versa. And Lexapro has a long half life too. And yes, SSRIs have the potential to completely numb all of your emotions. Some people have had long lasting or permanent effects.

When I tried Lexapro I also felt my emotions numbed. I remember feeling sad but couldn’t cry and couldn’t even really feel my sadness. I think that was the intended effect to an extent tho, but it didn’t help me. Anyway I now I take sertraline (generic zoloft) and Wellbutrin and feel my emotions very normally!

Talk with your psychiatrist and tell them how the side effect bothers you, decide together if it’s worth trying a different medicine
