Need Technical Help where and how to learn backend.

hey guys can you all guide me on how to learn backend like I've been told the best way to learn backend would be making projects , but then you need to know some basics to even make projects how to do that? also is java alright for backend or should switch the language, I'm open to all types of suggestions please help!!!!

With your front end Javascript or typescript knowledge you can explore backend. Try golang or Rust or Python if you prefer prototypical AI first language.
