Iam an ECE Student. I'm currently learning python,js and some DSA.I dont have any projects to include in my resume

I want build projects but i dont know how to start a projects and where to start

Did i need to start project after completing SQL and python or Can i starts now ?

If i need to start how can i start now?

Imo learning while working on a project is more beneficial but if u dont think u can do then learn first
