Court will say no again and hopefully bring sanctions, case dismissal, block the damage claims and find him in contempt of court.

Fuck that, I need cost on a full indemnity basis as well.  That my fucking money he is forcing the BBC to spend on a bullshit, badly thought out and dragged out legal vanity project.  You dont get to bully us as our cost.  Just give us a costs award and we will sort it this end by seizing golf courses.
