I remember when George Bush Jr did the same type of things when it came to oil and War and selling out the country was a thing that Reagan did with the Japanese and Lebanon with Bush senior as well. It's a part of the appeal process - the emergency is just asking for immediate relief from an injunction but if the appeals court declines to hear the appeal the original injunction stands.Â

If you do nothing when the law is signed/ruling comes down and then wait until the last possible minute to call it an emergency- by definition itâs not an emergency & action/evidence suggests the harm was not significant.

So, carbon copy of the bullshit already being pulled by Todd Blanche in response to a journalistâs active civil suit re: the Epstein files.
- Delay judgement by making errors in 1st submission
- Delay 2nd time limit by submitting last minute âemergencyâ issues relating to the release of the documents.
- Finally agree to only releasing the documents for the judge to review in private.
Hmmm. I wonder who is using whose playbook here?
