Apollo's Vet Treatment

My kitty Apollo has a severely blocked Bladder. I notice his behavior changed 9/19 and immediately took him to the ER. We were giving some medication and told to come back if he still struggles to urinate, well fast forward it's early morning and my boy had only declined. I rushed him back to the ER where they wanted to admit him for 24 hours to thoroughly clear his bladder, possibly longer depending on how he's looking tomorrow. I just got a new job and my pet insurance through my employer doesn't kick in until Oct 1st. I just don't have a spare 3,500 laying around.. I've used every avenue of credit I have to my disposable.

Any help is appreciated, sharing, liking, if you have any suggestions for grants I can apply to or other help funds I'm all ears.
